During my recent stay at white hills resort , I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional level of service provided by the staff Abdelsalam , wake, Ibrahim and Mohamed salah bell man From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with warmth ensuring that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable ( I’m pregnant) the snorkeling and diving was incredible.. crystal-clear waters, made for unforgettable underwater adventures. I was delighted by the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were impeccably maintained, and the common areas were consistently spotless. It's evident that the hotel places a strong emphasis on hygiene, creating a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests. Lastly, I must commend the hotel on its food. The diverse menu offered a wide range of culinary delights, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. Each meal was thoughtfully prepared with fresh ingredients.

Boravili smo u ovome hotelu 13 noćenja! Sadržaji aqua parka, spa, 5 restorana stvarno luksuz kakav još nismo vidjeli. Hrana je bila fantastična,prilagodljiva i raznolika,posebno nam se svidio kuhar koji je spremao desert Om ali, te konobar Al Nasir. Već smo bili u Sharm el Sheikhu prije 3 godine u drugom hotelu za iste novce samo što im je hrana bila užasna te nisu imali aqua park niti slične sadržaje. Zato strogo preporučujemo baš ovaj hotel jer se do njega odmah nalazi i drugi hotel od istog vlasnika te se možeš koristiti njihovim sadržajima (aqua park, hrana, piće). Naravno doći ćemo i mi ponovno. Pozdrav od Maleša!

The stay at Sunrise Montemare Resort - Grand Select was absolutely superb!! Starting from the arrival until the last day service exceeded my expectations. All members of staff ( manager, reception staff, bar attendants or housekeeping) were attentive and friendly with a smile and willing to assist in any query. The variety of food, presentation and cleanliness at breakfast / lunch break or dinner was amazing. The lifeguards at swimming pools were always alert, which is extremely vital whether you are staying with friends or family with kids. Liked the entertainment/dance show including for kids every evening and then life music later on to enjoy and relax on the terrace. Working in a hospitality sector myself and knowing ups and downs of a customer service, I would like to thank all the staff members of Montemare Resort for the hard work they put into their everyday duties to make every guest feel so comfortable and happy and the stay so unforgettable!!

The resort is simply sensational, a true five star luxury slice of heaven on the Red Sea. The room was spacious and cleaned twice a day, the bed was very comfortable. I have to make a note on how the staff are the reason you have such a relaxing time. They are kind, helpful and are always there to ensure you have the best time. I will for sure return.
