Efficient and helpful staff and spacious room for comparison with HKG standard. Most of their team quickly respond to our needs at their best. One of them helped my mother open the heavy door for my mother with a walking stick. They even helped me insert the SIM card. The staffs are very nice and friendly. The location and the beach was superb. At first we didn't like our room as it was really small, but that's the last one in booking.com, so when we check in we immediately ask the staff if incase they have a better bigger room and we wouldn't mind paying extra. The staff moved us to concerto inn apartment which is way bigger, on the Ground floor and even have a balcony. The breakfast is good and reasonable if you would like to gather some fuel before hiking or swimming.
