Scenery and material quality: The hotel’s design is also immaculate that fits well into the scenery and would immediately gives you a cozy, luxurious feeling. The materials you find in the hallway, in the rooms, from the door to the bathroom kits and facility, are all of high quality that make you question their affordable price range. The thickness of the door and the sound deadening materials being used in the structure work wonder in isolating unwanted noises from entering your room. Wherever you venture to in the hotel, from the main dining room to the lobby, you will be amazed with the combination between the hotel’s classic design and the greatness of nature, and there are plenty of spots for you to take picture or just relax. Staff quality: Swiss-belresort has so many excellent qualities, but perhaps their brightest area lies in the staff and service. The staff of the hotel are always very professional and polite, and they will truly listen to your smallest request and try their best to fulfill it. From the kitchen staff to the receptionists as well as the maids and janitors who are responsible for the room service and hotel maintenance, they all give you a great sense of top-notched service and a level of caring that not many 5-star hotels can provide. If you have a chance like me to sit down with a manager, you will be amazed to learn of how much work and effort went into the training and service, it demonstrates their dedication and determination in providing you the best experience during your stay. For instance, the hotel staff are always willing to introduce you to the best restaurants in town or attractions. More impressively, the service you receive does not stops there but also extend beyond as the hotel was extremely helpful in calling ahead and providing assistance, arrangements for my next destination in my cross-region traveling.

Had a great time here. The location right on the lake was fantastic. Great views! The pool/spa was cool. The property in itself, just to walk around was nice. Room was big and clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast & staff were excellent!

I like everything about the place, the room is clean, very good spread for the buffet breakfast and most importantly, the view is fantastic. We also enjoyed the boat ride at the lake.

We loved this place! Our room was fantastic. All luxury and comfort. Loved having coffee on our private patio too. The historic buildings spread throughout this resort with their history and beauty are so interesting. The trees and gardens, a great restaurant, great staff. Everything was wonderful! The family running the place was really nice. The bungalows were cute and it was nice to have a heater and fan so it was very warm at night and pleasant during the day.
