I liked EVERYTHING about the property

There is no words to describe how great this place is, the staff is super professional and helpful, I never received such a good service ever and I traveled to many 5 stars palace all over the world

I would recommend people around sunset time to close the doors because since its located in the desert there are a lot of insects so to prevent any discomfort close the doors of the villa and it will be fine.

The staff was amazing and accommodated us with everything we asked for… loved the service a lot and the place was so nice.

We enjoyed the stay overall. There was nothing we did not like.

The location is beautiful and our Chalet was nestled between dunes for privacy. We enjoyed the private pool and access to the main restaurant for in-room dining. We ordered an In-room breakfast. The food tasted incredible and worth making a trip to the retreat on its own. The silence afforded by the location elevated the relaxation even more. The service provided by the staff was exceptional and second to none. It was overall a very relaxing experience and we are looking forward to the next time we visit.

We loved the facilities provided and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The retreat location is beautiful and many activities are available indoors and outdoors. We enjoyed the indoor pool and went for a walk at sunset. We had a very warm welcome by Mr. Keba and all the staff at the retreat had exceptional customer service skills. We would definitely recommend Al Badayer Retreat to our friends and family, and will be back again soon.

The private swimming pool temperature was too hot while the main pool was too cold. Other than that, all was great.

Amazing stay and staff. We loved the stay and the tents are really great. The food is also good for the price. Its an oasis of peace, I would recommend getting the bonfire experience in your tent. Jamal and the staff took really good care of us.

The Tent Villas are spacious, neat and clean. The service is quick. Jamal the Operations Manager is a star! He always available to respond to a call with a big smile. The staff are lovely and make it feel home. A great place with a great service team.

It was a nice stay and fantastic its just the prices of activities in the area as a whole is expensive

The proximity to ATV and RV adventure areas is unfortunate, with both the views of the dunes spoiled in many directions, and the noise of the vehicles. Understand the property can't do anything about this, but the natural vistas in several directions is definitely compromised.

Our stay at Al Badayer Retreat was fantastic, from the facilities, the room and the food, but most of all the staff are all just amazing. Every single person we encountered was helpful, efficient, considerate and courteous. We have never had a better experience with the service and staff at a hotel or resort! On top of that, the food in the restaurant was outstanding, especially the breakfast!
