The hotel is perfect for a late flight stay. The price was a great value, located in the city centre however, a quiet and peaceful area. Staff is super helpful, offered us two options for the room. The room was very spacious and clean. It is quite old however well maintained and equipped. The bathroom had all the necessary toiletries. Breakfast was good and fresh.

The suite was large and clean. The kitchen was well-equipped with appliances. The room had a partial sea view. The children's pool was very good. The children's club needs improvement in terms of having someone who can create activities for the children to enjoy.

The first issue I faced was the lack of enough staff at the reception for check-in. The line was long over 5 families were lining up and only one staff was trying to check in people. The second issue was the quality of the dinner food. I ranked them as average.

I liked everything about the hotel: room, location, restaurants, pools and spa. Stuff was super friendly and very helpful. I arrived around 10 in the morning and they got my room ready very fast!

Very close to the airport with a regular shuttle service free of charge. Breakfast box to go as I left prior to breakfast starting. Friendly staff.

Not enough plates / spoons/ forks/ Glasses. Kitchen utensils were old they need updating! The pool didn’t have any sun by the afternoon it was a shame we couldn’t use the pool on the roof.
