the breakfast needs improvement, more umbrellas on the beach side , the rooms are nice and clean but can use a bit of upgrade

well located, nice building and facilities, beach is good , food is not bad specially on the White Beach Bar also the music and atmosphere at this beach bar is very entertaining . Breakfast at the main restaurant can be improved , the staff is very professional and friendly, Mohsin at the reception was great help . Also a good point, it’s a pet friendly hotel

Cleanness is the only property of this Hotel, I don’t want to write alot of details but need to focus on cleaning the rooms properly

Cleanliness factor was a surprise. Under the bed it was dirty, the TV cabinet had dust in the corners. Ideally, if cleanliness is maintained where the eye can see only then its not genuine cleaning. When there is dirt and food etc. under the bed then its an invitation for bugs and insects. We had buffet breakfast and buffet dinner. The dirt and food particles on the floor during dinner was noticed next day during the breakfast. If the housekeeping staff are not being encouraged, motivated and feeling upset then it shows in their cleanliness work. Speaks volume about the housekeeping teams leadership. There was no study desk in the room. There was no phone in the room to call reception or room service. The swimming pool ran out of large towels at around 12pm already and we were informed the large towels would come after 1 hour. Calling the room service or front desk is a major task as no one tends to pick the phone anytime of the day. Easily after numerous attempts of 15mins plus someone responds.

Friendly and accomodating staff. Mohsin, May and Rowan were very accodomodating with our requests. Chef explained the themes they follow and were attending to any food related query we had.

The all day dinning restaurant and its food. We stayed two night and only ate once there as the food was of very poor quality. Unfortunately i would say this was the worst place in the UAE for food. I felt sorry for those who were there on al inclusive holiday packages. When we asked to speak to the manager, there was none available.

I liked the room and definitely the outdoor facilities such as pool, beach and grass area which were very well kept, clean and spacious.

The breakfast was not good and only very limited food items. They have to include variety items as we expected the minimum standard in the food choice.

The swimming pools were not clean, walls were covered with mould and could even seen it floating in the water. Food has poor quality and very greasy, there are not many mains options, coffee and juices were bad.

It has a great location with good facilities and very friendly staff.

Food in the restaurant

I forgot a pillow in the room and called them the same day. Mr Zahid - loss and prevention supervisor, called me back in one hour and informed me that it is found safely. I was happy because it is orthopedic pillow and is very important to me. Thank you Mr. Zahid and all staff for the efficient and professional work.

Restaurant. The breakfasts absolutely do not correspond to the declared 4 stars of this hotel. After breakfast there was no desire to visit this restaurant again.

Staffs are very accommodating, thanks to Jhen when she managed to get us pet friendly room and free upgrade. the allocated pet friendly room was only the ground but its a closed balcony.

THe food. We booked full board, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast was fine but lunch and dinner was not good at all. I don't see why we have to complain to the manager to have proper food made for us. The food was empty when we came for lunch around 1pm. the food was not being topped up until we could see a Chef and inform him. The options was not a good variety and the quality was not good at all. Paid alot of money for full board however need to have another restaurant as another option and not the main restaurant.

The facilities. We do staycation at Al Hamra because it is pet friendly and i can take my doggie to the beach. She has a great time.

The furniture is old .. mirror in the toilet was dumege .. no net for the windows, and I couldn't sleep because of the mosquitoes..

Small place but have facilities kids club pool games like football .. tennis.. beach jolly ball .. cinema nights for the kids
