Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United Arab EmiratesThe staff literally smoke in front of their hotel? While wearing their uniforms? Not a good look. Phones and TV's are not working. Although I didn't check in there for those. It's still necessary for certain circumstances. Like when I didn't find a dental kit in my room. I had to go to the front desk twice to get it delivered to my room, instead of just calling them.
The only saving grace is the front desk lady who was there when I checked out. I forgot her name but she's of African descent. She helped me a lot and she, along with a front desk guy who just clocked in at midnight of my stay ( who finally gave me my dental kit request) are the only highlight of my quick stay.

United Arab EmiratesVariety of food was limited, but it was enough to avoid overeating during all inclusive stay. Plumbing: the water was staying in the sink, also the water pressure was weak, but in general it is livable since you spend most of your time outside anyway.
Managers at reception were very supportive. We didn’t like swimming pool view and they changed our room immediately. Spacious clean room, balcony with golf course view makes it very private like you have your own backyard. Huge greenish territory, you can spend time at both Village and Residence area. Good beach and swimming pools.

I like the serenity of the place. The pool location and size is good. The evening outdoor bar and band is enjoyable.

United Arab EmiratesHad a room facing the golf course, there we tiny grass flies in the room, harmless, but a tad bit annoying. The pizza was I ordered wasn't great.
Great property, the staff are very friendly and quick to respond to any requests. On check-in the front desk upgraded my room. There was an issue with the TV connection, but they replaced the TV within 10 mins. Super comfortable bed!
