We an amazing stay. The property, the service and the customer care was all very good. While I was booking i included that our stay was my husband birthday and our anniversary. To my surprise movenpick remembered us and surprised us with a free celebration cake for both my husband birthday and our anniversary. The gave us a room with the most beautiful view❤️❤️‍🩹❤️.. honestly I can’t stress this enough but I expect and plan to visit this property always🥰🥰🥰.. thank you everyone for this mind blowing experience we really felt important 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Tooo much calls and emails and msgs ! I received 4 calls a day And a call before And 13 emails!! I think this is so disturbing …. I didn’t understand the All application and the keyless process I downloaded it and no one asked me about it when check in and i used a key I received many emails to download this app and didn’t used it even once So why is all of this !!

I loves the vibe of the hotel!! The room was super clean and comfortable! Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, the room service was also very quick! Breakfast had huge variety and was all delicious. We also had an amazing room view. Thank you to everyone that made it a fantastic stay :)

The staff were amazing and very welcoming. Especially Najat at the reception. Breakfast buffet was wonderful and very diverse. We had a wonderful family time and would love to return to the resort in the future.

The room was just great with the perfect view! Staff was really helpful. The hotel is a bit overcrowded.

It is expensive but what we paid is worth.

Many amenities. The pool and beach are just close. The room has a nice balcony with sea view. Staff are so accommodating.

the hotel and the all the stuff make my distinction only for this hotel in my all vacations and weekends its really was an amazing experience as usual they keep the same quality level they are top in every single detail and about the rooms the clean the room category but the most lovely and great meter was the stuff they too nice and respectful and helpful and really they have a perfect customer care training specially mr. Salah the duty manager always following really he deserves his place and more and and the nice and helpful person i would to thank him specially mr . Mazamil and mr . Sharom he did his best to prepare our comfort staying so the most great thing there the stuff really they were soooo good and professional thanks for the management and all the stuff one by one

The beach waiters are unattentive and had to be approached to order something as they never looked around to see if someone is calling them

Staff was very nice and accommodating, room was large with nice view, food selection was large and good quality.
