There is no carpet in the lobby, and the floor is too slippery. I slipped and fell down in the lobby so badly, but no one realized or tried to rectify the issue. You guys definitely need to be precautionary and make sure that your guests are safe. HIGHLY HIGHLY UPSET WITH Incident.

Rooms are pretty good and big. Great services given by the staff.

Staff attitude , I understand they have follow rules . But staffs work pressure we customers have no reasons to take it . Higher management has to balance staff so they perform with customer satisfaction

The hotel is perfect for a late flight stay. The price was a great value, located in the city centre however, a quiet and peaceful area. Staff is super helpful, offered us two options for the room. The room was very spacious and clean. It is quite old however well maintained and equipped. The bathroom had all the necessary toiletries. Breakfast was good and fresh.

The breakfast section was badly managed and not clean at all. The food was not great either considering it's paid for. The coffee and tea were kept in flasks resulting in lukewarm coffee and tea.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were excellent and very attentive.

It is always a great hotel to stay. Staff extremely nice and so helpful. Room nice and clean with everything you need. Spacious shower and bathroom. Easy walk to Business Bay Metro Station.

Staying at this hotel was very good! Mehran and Shoaib's hospitality truly made my experience memorable. From their warm welcome to their attentive service throughout my stay, they made us feel right at home. Hope to visit again soon!

Parking situation was very confusing when arriving. No hotel staff were outside (valet, etc). Turns out the valet area is inside the parking garage, which was not clear. The self park area of the garage was very dirty and did not match the prestige of the hotel. The room could be cleaner - there was hair on the bathroom floor that was not mine. The fancy "LED touch screen" things that control the lights, AC, etc... they are all the rage at hotels these days but are SO BRIGHT at night. This room had a screen on the left and right of the bed and there was no way to dim them that I could find. Way too bright, right near my face, and made it hard to sleep. Also - the sound proofing was very bad. I could hear EVERYTHING my neighbors were doing.

Good location in Business Bay. The staff were very nice. Price was reasonable considering the area. I got a free upgrade and my room was very big with a huge window and a nice view. I had to leave early for a meeting so didn't get to try the breakfast. I was able to leave my luggage with the concierge until after the meeting which was convenient.

The only thing is that we paid for 4 people and the little one had no where to sleep other than our bed and I needed to add an extra money for my little child’s bed

I happened to fall sick during my stay, contacted a Doctor afterwards who came to check on me and had brought drips as i was severely dehydrated, but unfortunately the lady at the front desk did not let the Doctor up to my room to administrate the drip. I (sick) had to then go downstairs and asked to speak to a manager or someone other than that lady. In the end, after i begged for at least 40 minutes, for that lady said i had to get the drip in the doctor's car on the parking lot, this was not an hospital she said, the security supervisor then accepted to come up to my room and witnessed the doctor administrating the drip, the consultation and the rest of the medication. That lady attitude was a bed representation of your hotel.

I did not have breakfast, but ordered room service in between meals and was nice. Food was always delivered on promised time and always warm!

Some "construction" flaws: when switching light on/off a loud bang could be heard No sound isolation from the corridor: was woken up by people talking loudly at night For 200$/night these flaws feel too much, as there are cheaper "business" hotels in Dubai that don't have them.
