Great service and helped us with arranging tours. Great breakfast, nice drinks at the bar, and leisure activities in the basement room, including table tennis, was great fun.

Only three minor minuses: - there was not even one bottle of water included on the price of the room - we had a room for people with special needs, so the toilet was not comfortable to use - the drainer in the shower drained water quite slowly, so quite some water would stay while showering

The hotel had a good structure, the room was spacious, the bed was very big and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and allowed us to do early check-in 5h before. The breakfast selection was also good.

It was only a short ride to the Falls. There was a huge shopping mall nearby that was open over the Easter holidays, which gave us different food options as many restaurants around were closed. Breakfast options were good.

Nothing really

We have spent two nights and it was a really good stay. We have enjoyed breakfast and evening buffet. Room were clean and it had everything we needed for our two days. Staff super friendly!

The parking could have more shade, but it is available and easily accessible to customers. The remaining items were in agreement and satisfactory.

The hotel was quite alright, close to the Waterfalls. Services weren't exactly the best. the attention received from the staff wasn't always on point, as well as the installations: everything felt quite new but not entirely well preserved. The room however was big, clean and with a comfy bed. Probably not the best hotel in Iguazu but quite good in terms of relation price-quality.

We had half board and food has pork in everything including plain boiled rice. We don’t eat pork so our only option was French fries as that was the only vegetarian option.

The saunas were not working. That area of the hotel needs serious maintenance. Gym not working (you could enter, but the machines, ac and tv were not turning on). Game tables lacking materials. Spider webs where the balls should be at the fussball table and no air hockey puck.

The open buffet dinner was rich with vegetables. The air conditioning was very effective. There was a kettle in a tray in the room, but no cups or coffee or tea. We did not understand the purpose of the kettle.

Staff information was well below standard at check in. I had to claim twice about my dinner being included when I made the booking, no information about drinks included or not (I only had water but imagine if I decided having wines and being surprisingly charged at check out). Tourism tax in the check out bill? It was already included when I made my booking and I had to make them remove it as well. Gym facilities needs to improve.
