The hotel is very convenient and the room was clean and comfortable. The manager and his staff are very helpful. Easy access to trains, Marienplatz, bus tours, shops and restaurants. The area is multicultural with lots of different food options. Perfect for a short stay in the city.

The area is not "pretty" but we never felt unsafe. There was an issue with our shower, but the manager responded quickly when advised. Sheets didn't fit the bed properly- not a major issue, just a little annoying.

One of the staff (at reception who received us) was incredibly unfriendly, deceptive, unprofessional and extremely rude to us. It was so bad that we wanted to change hotels because we felt very unsafe because of this man. The other two staff members we met were however very friendly and great hosts. I will never recommend or go to this Hotel ever again because of this man.

Rude reception staff on arrival. Room description stated: mini bar, there was no mini bar except an empty fridge. Hotel bar, it was closed most of the time. No vending, so if you wake up thirsty, there is no where to get refreshments and no shops open nearby. Coffee making facilities, it’s a kettle. Double bed, yes but with two single duvet covers (wtf)! Court yard view, it’s a tiny smoking area surrounded by other rooms all staring back at you. How on earth this place gets good reviews.
