The spa area was very nice, four different saunas and multiple jacuzzis to choose from. Location is very good, short walk from the malls and the Old Town. The gym was spacious. Breakfast was ok.

There was a musty odor in my room, but I think that might be caused by the carpet. There was no shampoo etc in the room, which I would've expected to have in a superior room in a spa hotel. There was only the all-purpose soap. I wasn't able to adjust the AC in the room despite the instructions. The treadmill at the gym made a lot of noise while running on it, as if it was screaming for help. Also someone probably had torn the panel off from the treadmill as it was quite wonky and hence I couldn't place my phone there securely.

The location is perfect for walks to the old town, but either uber or bolt can’t reach the hotel and you have to walk on rocky road which is not easy with suitcases

The rooms is too small , the power outlets either behind the door or under a table , the room was located in the first floor with a very narrow upstairs that you can’t hardly carry your large suitcase

Location is great. Right next to the old town. Great parking availabe next door at the Viru Keskus.

Breakfast buffet does not offer a variety of fish eg no smoked salmon or Riga spratts. Coffee was not available at the rooftop bar where everyone goes to watch the sunset.

We got a room with a broken AC. The front desk service ignored the problem. The boy with air pods in his ears didn't even pretend to deal with the problem. When asked to change the room, he lied that they were overbooked (even on booking they still had rooms available). When we asked for a refund and our desire to change the hotel, he asked for 10 minutes time - and then disappeared until the morning. Worst front desk service ever. I arrive and it took more than 1 hour to do the check-in. The Russian speaking staff didn't explain the problem. Breakfast is just horrible. The staff is rude, especially the black-hair lady at the reception (Russian-speaker as well. She should be fired immediately). No shampoo in the bathroom. Really noisy rooms, you could hear all day and night the other guests closing the doors, walking and talking in the corridor...
