I like literally everything about this hotel! This is my best experience at a 4-star hotel. The location, the interior, the staff - everything was just perfect. I really enjoyed the tablet-managed room system (lights, temperature, cleaning request, dnd mode, etc.). The staff has always been super helpful. The hotel lobby is great and there is also a coffee/tee machine there. It's possible to leave your luggage after the check-out (guess it’s also possible before the check-in). The room has been cleaned really well every time, not just before the check-in. There is always a new set of water bottles after cleaning If you finish the previous one. There is also a hygienic bag with a tampon/pad/etc. if you need one.

The rooms were clean although a bit grubby on the carpets and a belt was left lying on the floor from previous guests as older guests it would have been better on the ground floor instead of up and down the lift Also we were put next door with a very young baby who I think was unwell as screamed the place down Mabe locating age and family to better suited rooms

Breakfast was awful No English tea ( your English tea tastes like perfume ) not enough hot food in the morning You need hot bacon / eggs Not everyone likes continental so for us it was a waste of money as only had breakfast once

Located near to main square in Krakow which is very convenient. Exceptionally friendly staff. Clean apartment with exact instructions how to find and check in and out. Hairdryer and iron provided plus some kitchen appliances which is very convenient. I’m very happy that I’ve chosen this place, totally recommend and definitely will come back ☺️

good location, easily accessable by car and walking distance of the old town, the Wavel, The river and the Kazimierz. Godd lokking views side views to the cathedral. quite and comfortable beds.

I cannot use my Radisson card as it was not direct booking, and one two staff guys were not too kind. The breakfast can be more vatiety, more local and seasonal vegetable fruits. The cleaining is practically not done, the eco freindly bullshit is a shame, instead of cleaning they just cleaned the dust bins, and the new mineral water was given only in every two days instead of daily promise. it is a shame that a card is needed for the elevator :-(

This property was in a very good location with really cool pool and jacuzzi on the top of the hotel. The view from there was really nice.
