How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I've been to Qubus on five occasions, and it never disappoints. The reception ladies are always great, very helpful, and accommodating. I love the breakfast and the pool on the 6th floor. I'll be back💖

The staff were so fiendly and helpful, the facilities were clean and well maintained and nothing was too much bother for anyone to help with. the location was fabulous, everything within walking distance and easy to find and after the walking reslaxing in the spa is a must.

There was nothing special we did not like, maybe paid parking, could have been included.
This property was in a very good location with really cool pool and jacuzzi on the top of the hotel. The view from there was really nice.

Pillows No vegetarian choice for evening meal.
Lovely hotel ..stayed there previously. Lovely staff. Great room. Not the most comfy pillows. Breakfast although quite expensive was great. The restaurant very nice but I am a vegetarian so disappointed no evening meal suitable. Choice very limited. However all in all would recommend.

Expensive parking, Broken bedlight and broken cupboard handle in the junior suite. There was no sugar in the coffee station.
Perfect view from the room and from the swimming pool, excellent breakfast, nice lobby. Spacious room (junior suite) with a balcony. Although we had booked junior suite and as the most expensive room of the hotel we were expecting room with a view, the one at the 3rd floor had almost no view at all. On the other hand, the one on the 5th floor in which the really kind current receptionist had the courtesy to transfer us, was magnificent.

Maybe sometimes the pool was overcrowded
The Hotel is in a very central location by the river and around it there are several restaurants that one can choose in the evening without needing to take a taxi or a car. The Jewish quarters is also very close and can be reached on foot.

The room could have been bigger and was quite basic.

Breakfast was fine. Big selection but to be honest. I would have preferred less selection but better quality. But I am a bit picky. The rest of my family was satisfied. The room was fine but not exciting.
Great location. Super easy to get to and from airport with the train. Right next to many very good restaurants. Easy to walk to Stare Miasto and Kazimierz, even travelling with 3 children like us. The pool was small but great and the main reason why we chose this hotel.

It all was great.
Location is great, quiet yet very close to the city centre and main attractions. Great restaurant and breakfast, swimming pool and sauna and all facilities were great.

There was a dance completion that clogged up the main reception and they where not inclusive of others so felt like we had no where to sit and relax

From Check in to checking out, we thoroughly enjoy our stay. Our room had a beautiful view of the river and bridge, but the main highlight was the breakfast, absolutely amazing. Thankyou so much Qubus.

No spare pillows provided, but also did not ask as I'm sure they would have been provided judging by the overall standards at the hotel.
Very nice hotel, good location, very close to stations, superb pool and sauna, superb staff, best gym I've used in a hotel, rooms were very nice, excellent shower, very powerful, all round good facilities with feeling of genuine luxury all around.

Great breakfast, very nice spa and room. First we checked in and room smelled like dirty socks(Rotten carpet), but we got changed to another room without much hassle.

Literally everything, I find it difficult to put into words how friendly and fantastic the building and staff were. The amenities were fantastic, everyone seemed like they enjoyed being there and the atmosphere was amazing 24/7. Perfect place to go to, Autistic partner approved, best hotel they've been in.

The hotel is totally nice specially location and breakfast. In order to stay sustainable,there is also water machine in each level that provide normal and sparkling water, I liked it so much.
