I like the bedroom was big and confortable, it was very clean with all the aplicables, fridge, hairdryer, TV, private toilet, shampo. shower gel, towells. The Turkish breakfast was exceptional too with fruit and traditional Turkish pastries and variety of juices, tea, coffe, it was absolutely delicious. Also the place was very good located, it has an outdoors swimming pool. The water was warm. SERDAR our host was very kind, he diligently did all the arrangments for our hot air ballom experience. In addition before we arrived he sent us mesages offering guidence to make easy our stay in Pamukkale such us transport and activities. He and his family were the best host in our trip to Turkey.

The hotel is new and just recently opened. I had an 11-hour layover and decided to stay there because I was sick. It is near to the airport, taking around 15 minutes. The owner of the hotel was very accommodating. Since they are relatively new, they don't have room service, but the owner took his own initiative to order food for me as I needed to take my medicines. The room was clean, the bathroom was nice, and the bed was comfortable.

Nice rooms,Amazing spa, room service, very nice flowers at the entrance, everything you need if you talk about 5 star. Maybe better to have a room facing to the garden, cause the big traffic makes a little bit much noise.

Old facilities, carpets, unsure if it was clean. We found hair in the towels, no daily cleaning and changing linen. This hotel has nothing to do with a 4 star category of hotels.
