WiFi was rough but better in reception area, bathroom ventilation not good

Very nice hostel. Location is perfect, they offer a great breakfast buffet and the people working there are really nice and helpful. It was possibile to book tours via them and they arranged everything for me.

+the breakfast (especially the cookies!!) was absolutely amazing, they have something for every taste :P +the terrace is incredibly cozy and has a great view- my favourite place of the hotel +the receptionist guy Latif is a very kind-hearted, talkative and humorous person. We had a short but lovely time together - sharing stories, jokes and even singing karaoke together. Jay, the owner, the other worker and the cleaning lady are very friendly people too. I haven‘t seen them often but when I did, we had nice talks. +The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The reception and breakfast area are nicely decorated.

The hostel is within walking distance of city center, which made it very easy for us to explore goreme as we were here for 2 days only. The staff is super friendly as well, Latif helped us book our hot balloon experience and an evening horses riding through the valleys, and was very helpful all our stay. The breakfast was great as well, and the view from the terrace is just mesmerising.

During my stay, most of the guests were women. However, the receptionist, an Afghan man, was very glib and unnecessary flirting. Maybe it was his unique sense of humor, but this style made me feel uncomfortable. However, other staff members are very nice, caring and chatting appropriately, and maintaining a very comfortable communication relationship. The wifi in the room is very bad. It can be said that there is no signal at all and can only be used outdoors, but the receptionist always try to strike up a conversation with us. The cost of washing clothes is very expensive, and the clothes are not dry when they are returned. The laundry service is terrible. Even if I stay in a hotel, I have never been charged such an expensive laundry fee. A good hostel should have a laundry machine attached. The equipment in the room was not good either. The light in the corridor outside the bathroom was broken and no one came to fix it. The lighting in the room was also extremely dim. They have kitchens, but they are not open to guests. However, the restaurants outside Goreme are more expensive than other places in Turkey, and the hostel kitchen is not allowed to be used by guests, which is very unfriendly.

The location is good and it has tour optionals which is convenient despite of more expensive than others. The girls' room we stayed in didn't have bunk beds, but all had single beds, which was great.

But what I like about the place is accessible to town and restaurants. I like the terrace and the breakfast are. They offer unlimited tea and coffee which I am really grateful and happy.

The hotel is very nice, builted in a cave as the typical constructions here in Goreme. The staff is very kind, our host Latif managed to find us a hot ballon ride the first day at a very good price. They also suggest other activities as horse riding etc.. Breakfast was included and very satisfying

The springs in the bed caused some discomfort and there were ants in the room.

Staff are great, super friendly and helpful. I liked that it wasn't bunk beds, showers were warm. Breakfast was really good, always tea and coffee available and access to kitchen. Terrace has an amazing view as well, cozy place to hang out. I would definitely come back here.

All staff was very friendly at all times, Latif is excellent in his work, and a very friendly person, without hesitation I would stay there again.

Latif was an incredible host, helping us get the best out of Cappadocia and sharing wonderful stories with us. He also booked all activities for us, and breakfast was delicious! Being able to connect with people so far from home is amazing, and I’m sure group travellers like us, or backpackers would all spend a wonderful time in this place! The room was very comfortable, clean, and super well located in Göreme.

There were some issues with the bathroom that they tried hard to fix but couldn’t. The couldn’t move us because we needed a room with 4 beds.
