The location and the quirkiness of the site is just brilliant. The tents itself are roomy and comfortable. The staff were great too. Check in was super easy. Ryan who had just started was on the breakfast shift and he was great. We had a great chat with him about all things life and our trip, and he gave us some great recommendations.

The history of the property and the location are just brilliant. Our room was number 4, lovely and clean, spacious and with modern amenities but steeped in original history. The self check-in and check out was really smooth and easy. I’d definitely recommend this place to anybody visiting Williams.

Pool was ok and only a short walk to beach and a 10 walk to restaurant.

Room looked the worse for wear and not very large. Generally the apartments could do with modernising. No soundproofing so you could easily hear the people in the next room talking loudly and doors banging at all hours. No laundry facilities.

The size of the room was great. Parking too.

Everything was covered in dust; the open car park outside has lots to do with it (little or no bitum), the wind is blowing all kinds of residu in the balcony and inside the room if the balcony door is open. So day stay is not the best, but the evening is better if the cleaning is done on all surface. The building is far too exposed to air pollution.

Tired - it doesn't look like it's had a refresh since it was built in the middle of the last century. Grubby - needed a good clean. Dirty bedlinen. No plug for the bath. Surly receptionist. I asked to be given access to the (locked) lounge, to view the rack of local attractions. Instead he asked me which ones I wanted. I could barely see them through the dirty glass door! Don't get me started on the pool - it was vile (and locked)

Nothing to do No entertainment No resturant just a bar with terrible menu basically in the lobby. Not lofts working which is ridiculous walked 8 flights every day multiple times !!! Disgrace to wait for 30 mins to get up and down with one that worked at rush hr and if stood there it was full so you couldn’t get in ? Understandable at a hostel maybe
