The location was perfect for our family trip - just across the ZOO and very close to beautiful parks with playgrounds. Lots of options for eating, coffee and shopping. The U banh is also a few minutes away. The hotel itself is really nice, and our room was clean, modern and spacious. The hotel provided a cot for our toddler on our request. In general, we had everything we needed to make our stay more comfortable. Breakfast was rich and there were great options for us and our toddler. Best of all were the staff and service overall. Everyone we met was kind, professional and patient.

This is true of every German hotel I have stayed in for the last 26 years: the douvet is too small which makes for an awkward sleep; NOT specific to Hotel Palace which is a wonderful hotel

There is nothing to dislike about Hotel Palace Berlin

This hotel is well celebrated easy walking around. The spa was awesome it is so nice relaxing after doing excursions, swimming and having the jet streams massage you. And ending the day by extra relaxing in the Lounge with some sparkling.

Excellent breakfast. Plentiful. Variety of foods for different palates and diets for young and old. Greeted us warmly at the entrance and waiters came to ask us what coffee beverage we wanted.

The fire alarm during the night was terrible. Had to climb up and down the 7 floors with a baby.

We had a dirty towel in our bathroom after checking in (long hairs on the towel). There is an extra charge for Sauna (15 Euros), was expecting it to be included considering the room prices.

Great location with close access to public transport, shops and restaurants. Comfortable rooms with good lightning, large TV and friendly staff. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Breakfast has a large variety of foods (eggs, pancakes, bread, muesli, fruits and much more). Staff in the breakfast room works very hard, they are friendly and provide quick service.

Personnel was great, always smiling and attentive. Location of the hotel was very good, train, metro and bus were nearby. Overall the hotel and room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also good.

We thought that the bathroom was too small. There was no need for the bath - which wasn't full size - a large, luxury shower would have been much better. It is not near the historic sites so we had to take a taxi to the start of our walking tour.

We loved the size of the room and a very comfortable bed. I also liked the Rituals shower gel and body lotion. We had a room with access to the Club Lounge which was good - a little bit of an oasis and somewhere to relax without having to sit in your room. The host was so accommodating, she was polite and welcoming, and the snacks were fresh and there was a good choice of inclusive drinks, teas and coffee. It was a good location for us as it was close to the shops and restaurants so we didn't need to take the car.

The room was newly renovated and it looked great and had all the confort we needed. The breakfast was almost perfect.

We didn't get the room we paid for, but got adjoining rooms. We booked 2 business deluxe rooms and got standard rooms. with a bigger family the extra space is always welcome.

Wi-Fi only worked when the TV was on. You had to enter a new password all the time. The shower in the bath and shower did not work. No adjustment - broken.

Very Nice hotel, we liked the spa area and gym. Parking was opposite to the hotel in a open parking garage. Which was OK, but nog super. Clean and relaxed hotel with very friendly staff. See you next time 👍

Good location, close to the Zoo and the shopping area. 5 min to U/S-Bahn. Parking 3 min. away. Great breakfast, nice spa open until 22:00, no additional payments.
