The location is fantastic. Close to everything. Market very close, lots of food and sights within a 5-10 minute walk. The room was clean, well stocked with towels, soap, and toilet paper. There was good storage in the cupboards for bags and whatever you wanted to put on shelves. Windows open, fan, nice black out curtains. They will hold your luggage. Overall a great place.

The staff wasnt friendly at arrival , i felt like the staff didnt want to see me at hotel, even didnt let me to sit and wait 1 hour until check in time . just Go and Walk Around . Come at 3pm .... Im also a receptionist at a Touristic hotel in my country but at this hotel staff needs some training about hospitality . I never complain generally but i have to inform others ...

Location was just perfect a few minutes to Berlin Mall , Brodenburg Door and other attractions , Room was spacious and very cozy ,no noise at all .

Staff was not friendly and did not speak English. Front entrance is small and not welcoming to guests. No cameras in baggage room. I couldn’t get the TV to function. I think it was a bad connection or no connection but can’t confirm because it wasn’t in English.

Location was perfect, very central. Beds were comfortable. Nice view of the park. Sushi place down the street located in the same building is beautifully decorated and the food is very delicious!

The rooms were poorly soundproofed, and I was constantly disturbed by the loud noises, causing me to wake up multiple times during the night

The room is not noise-isolated and you can hear how the staff and/or other users talk loudly, so I woke up 3 times during the night because of it. I would recommend it for short stays but for long ones maybe you should request a room that is further from the entrance in order to sleep better.

I liked the central location and proximity to the central station. Also that it had everything I needed for my one night stay and how clean it was. You can as well leave your luggage before check in time and/or after check out.

Wi-Fi reception from my room was poor and not usable. Water system in shower fluctuated from warm to boiling hot erratically while showing which resulted in skin burns. Hygiene and a stable Wi-Fi connection is important for travelers so I would insure those are working correctly.

Too loud in the morning. Extremely loud. Speaking on the telephone in front of the doors at 8 in the morning meanwhile guests are sleeping.

We read the reviews before booking the room. We hoped that the hotel management would respond to comments and bad reviews. It's a pity, but no. Bad sewage smell in the room even after opening two windows in the room all the time. Lumpy, bumpy pillows. Really small blankets. And no kettle...

The room wasn’t cleaned the first day. We had to ask for an electric kettle because it wasn’t in our room from the beginning. They neither had some cutlery nor plates. Without question this is a great place to stay, they can improve by paying attention to this aspect.

The location is excellent. You can get by walking to several interesting places in the city. There’s a metro station quite near. The size of the room was good and the bed comfortable.
