Booked 2 rooms for a couple and asked to be close, but they assigned them on different floors. No help from staff.

Since it was spacious, there was enough space to put a small dining table with chairs but there was none.. there was a table with chair for working purpose but right in front of the tv.. so I had my meal sitting on the couch using the coffee table. The pillow was uncomfortable.. and only one was available

Spacious and comfortable appartment. Check in was clear. Easy to reach the airport by foot or train. Bathroom and kitchen were well furnished and clean. Plenty of lighting in the room (natural and artificial light) with motorized blinds to keep the room dark if necessary for a good night sleep.

There should be window curtains to block the sun during the day, and also to prevent people peeking in the room.

Location is really good, and the supermarket is just right beside the hotel. Everyone should click in the safety pin at the front gate and room before entering, so it's quite safe.

Getting inside is a bit confusing if ur the first time there even with explanation on their side. The webapp partly didn't rly work so it wasn't much of a help. Since it's a small apartment I was very surprise that it seems to get cleaned daily. In case of it being my check out day... The cleaning lady just entered w/o warning while it being 10am while check out is allowed till 11am.

The general Design and simplicity while still having everything needed. Close to SBahn and easy to get from airport or Hbf. Didn't use the kitchen but looked great. Better than my own one which is as small as this one.

The bed was not very comfortable, as well as the pillows and the duvet. The cleaning is only once a week or every 2 weeks and it was impossible to schedule an extra cleaning - although for a 1 week stay I would expect at least 2 cleanings.

Spacious, great location, everything new and clean. Nice neighbourhood, coworking area nice and pleasant. Apartment good for short and medium stays. Nice decor. Great laundry room, safe and warm.

There is a capsule coffee machine that has no capsules. So it's just pointless.

Bathroom was a bit stinky, every time open the bathroom door that strong stinky smell was coming out from the drain

Great location, very modern and safe code entry system. Well equipped kitchen, very clean and as quiet as one could expect so close to the airport. Nice restaurant in the building, grocery store next door, train connection to airport or downtown less than a 5 min. walk. Perfect stay before a long flight!

The checkin is not that detailed and make the entry a bit hard if the reception is not open. They left a note that i should receive a bottle of soda as welcome gift but there was not a one in the room. I heard someone came back around 1am and they were loud so the soundproof was not that good

The room is big and with kitchen. It is good for people who want to stay a bit longer. The location is great, close to airport. You have everything you need even a dishwasher. multiple door with code before you enter you room make me feel extra safe.

I forgot a personal item and wanted to pick it up later, but had no answer from the customer support. It would be nice to add curtains as well and the second chair. it was a bit of a smell of wet in the shower.

There was a bad smell in the bathroom. The smell was coming from the drainage of the shower. It was not possible to cover it up,

Cleaning should happen more than once a week and be more detailed - for example leave extra toilet paper and an extra towel. The room was for one, so one small duvet and one pillow made sleeping not so comfortable, even after I asked for more and was not replied. Also, there is a bit too much light from the window and it needs more coverage for the night.

Excellent space, comfortable, new and clean. Nice decorated and equipped with the necessary items. Good bathroom, heating and good quality appliances. Location is very good, quick and easy to reach downtown and very close to the airport - but in a friendly new area, pleasant and safe, with restaurants and market around. Great for a business stay.
