Great decor location and breakfast

To be honest, there is nothing we can fault at all. Usually there is something that is not to your liking when staying in a hotel for a few days but we cannot fault a thing.

The room was fantastic, a small apartment more than a room with a hallway, kitchen, separate bedroom and sitting room with dining table and chairs. the bathroom was huge with a walk in shower. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom had plenty of storage space. The kitchen was compact but had everything you would need for a short break including an amazing coffee machine and delicious coffee & tea supplied. It was my husbands birthday while there and they supplied a basket of fresh fruits, cake (which was amazing) and a lovely card. The breakfast options in the mornings were fantastic, with something for every taste. The location could not have been better, within easy walking distance to all the major sights in Berlin such as Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburg Gate etc. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. We will return to this hotel again for sure. 10/10 for this hotel, even the outside area is great for sitting and relaxing after a days walking around Berlin. We enjoyed a nice drink (which was not overpriced) and enjoyed the garden area.

I would have preferred a kettle to a coffee machine (not hot enough). Housekeeping can be improved in the rooms and communal areas.

I loved the breakfast, dining room and garden facilities! The hotel is in a great location and our suite was very quiet facing the back garden.

There seems to a sewerage issue that caused the room to smell and it persists for a while. They tried to get rid of it but it kept coming back.

It’s in a great position near many places to eat and touristy destinations. The staff was really kind and helpful. We traveled all the way from South Africa and we got great treatment.

The bed was too firm. Very uncomfortable. The pillows were terrible. They had no structure. The pillowcases were ill fitting to the pillows. Tried sleeping on the fold out sofa, and it was also not very comfortable for sleeping.

The staff was very helpful and courteous! The breakfast was VERY good. It offered so many different foods, and plenty of vegan options as well! The room was spacious. I liked that the large windows opened so we could get a lot of natural breeze.

Shower, toilet not working properly from the first use. Housekeeping started at 9:00 am on Saturday - knocking on the door and making a lot of noise in the rooms around us. The people at the reception were however very friendly when we raised these issues. So I suppose there is hope for improvement.

Location and very nice garden - in the summer, we were able to enjoy a lovely breakfast on the terrace.

Downstairs lacked a nice lounge area to relax after a long day - although you could sit in the dining room as it was comfortable and they served late night drinks.

Spacious rooms, so clean and chic Breakfast was great - homemade and tasty - not like the usual big hotel stuff going cold and rubbery under a hot lamp.

The room was very nice, spacious and very clean. The view was incredible. We were on a high floor and I could see the whole city. The staff at the reception are very kind. I would like to express my very positive impression of Ms. Turcan at the reception, who was extremely kind and helpful! The staff at the restaurant are also very polite. I had a great stay at this hotel and totally recommend it!

There are several heavy doors in the corridors that seem very unusual. The rooms have old fashioned style and furniture but no drawers .

My wife has to drink decaffeinated tea and coffee but only coffee was available.

The lift is a bit slow.

The whole vibe of the hotel was so good the decor was so pretty. The hotel was quite central too so was easy to get around.

The hotel was in a great position for transport from the station and centre and near a large variety of places to eat. It was in a fairly quiet area but still close to the centre of Berlin.

The lifts were looking tired. Such a shame as the rest of the hotel look nice. They could do with a lick of paint.

In a safe, central and quiet location. Everything is modern and well presented. The staff were helpful. We really appreciated how quickly they acted when we realised after the checkout that we left our MacAir in our room. All the staffs’ honesty and efficiency saved us from getting into a nightmare. Thank you ever so much.

There were some flies in the room.

Outstanding breakfast buffet, probably one of the best I ever had. In addition to all the delicious dishes available, you can ask omelets and others to the chef. The breakfast staff is also top notch, absolutely lovely people.

Elevators were kind of slow & small but not terrible

Amazingly helpful woman at the front counter. She went above and beyond to help us. The hotel was clean, luxurious, well decorated, Nespresso in the room. Hot tub and sauna included.
