Had a really nice bar downstairs with a selection of fancy cocktails!! A cute little rooftop terrace and unlimited free coffee and tea in the galley was a plus. Very modern, stylish with cool details and clean!! Also, instead of housekeeping we received a free drink

- there are no toilette accessories provided apart from soap (which is basic) and toilette paper which is just essential! - bathroom is super small with entrance to the shower from the toilette (not sure I get why) - since the main purpose in a hotel room is to sleep, I don’t understand why so little attention to pillows (super soft and not comfortable, they should give two pillows same size and not one small and one normal size) and most importantly to bedsheets (very short not allowing to be covered full body when sleeping and I am a short person - see photo)

Nice room design and spacious room with sofa next to the window and high ceilings. Decent breakfast and super nice area and staff.

We both smashed our shins into the corner of the bed several times. 😅

Location was convenient, although not the nicest area around. Lots of massage parlours etc but still felt safe to walk at night. Convenience of hotel & friendly staff make up for this.

Breakfast is too expensive (20+€). I live in Switzerland, which is notoriously pricey, and even here can get cheaper breakfast in similar hotels.

Very good location close to the main attractions and central station but still quiet. Rooms are big and modern.

The pillows were very floppy and the bathroom was in a very tight space with the toilet squished in by the shower.

We were happy that we could easily walk to the central station and to the Marienplatz downtown. The hotel has a relaxed, fun vibe and a nice bar and breakfast. The roof terrace is nice.

The restroom didn’t really have a door so if you’re not traveling with your partner it might cause difficulties :)

Ruby Lilly is very nice and modern. We liked the atmosphere of the hotel and the staff is very nice and supportive. The location is super with tram just outside the door and some interesting and good restaurants in the surroundings

Great staff and very helpful! Nice bar and drinks and a pretty bedroom! Good location near the central station. Every floor has a station with free coffee and tea and a vending machine which is a nice touch !

The room lay out was a bit difficult as you had to skirt around the bed without scraping your shins! I didn't like the double bed with two single downies - not sure what that was about. It was a first for me! The menu for dinner was limited and i was told that for breakfast, I could only have either a croissant or else the full brunch menu. There was no menu to choose from which was disappointing. This stopped us from spending more time in the bar unfortunately.

The whole hotel vibe was fantastic - great decor and a really chill feeling. Loved my bright room with long windows and funky decor. The reception/bar area was really inviting and just the right, cool atmosphere for an apero... Good location, a little further outside the noise and bustle of the town centre but still within easy walking distance.

The beds are comfortable for sleeping, but due to the cool design this might be a little difficult to get into it and out of it. Especially if you are a little older or less mobile.

Nice design hotel in Munich center. Very easy to reach by metro.The hotel bar is so nice and fancy that a lot of nice people us it to drink good cocktails and nice coffees. Very easy to check in for German standards. Great personnel! The design of the room is super original and cool!
