Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IsraelSpa is no good, no hot tub, indoor swimming pool is cold and not meant for leisure only swim and no good relaxing areas anywhere, 30 minutes maximum and you wish to go out from there. No comfortable place to sit in your own room even tough I took junior suite. the room just not inviting to stay Very overpriced during exhibition time!

BrazilThe bed. For such a great hotel, the mattress could be newer. There were 2 holes on it, where the bodies lay down to sleep.
Practically everything: cleaness, location, staff, comfort, staff very nice and helpful. The hotel is located by a beautiful park that crosses the city up to the river Aim. The hotel is next to the Alter Opera with lots of restaurants and stores in walking distance.

United Arab EmiratesI was “upgraded” from “Superior Suit King” to “Suit Opera” that was suppose to overlook the park but instead I got the opera house view. Now that would have been fine but the fact that I had no WiFi connection in the bedroom was not pleasant at all as my 5 year old daughter is sways on the iPad. The gentleman at the reception tried his best to fix the issue or even have plan B for us but we were just too tired to deal with all that after. A 7 hour drive from switzerland.
The location is perfect. Everything is within reach. Parks, opera, luxury brand boutiques and very good restaurants. The Spanish Lady at the reception made my day by slowing late checkout. Kudus to all the very well trained staff that are always so friendly. We will be back for sure.
