The breakfast is very basic, and at €25 per person, it's extremely expensive for some cold cuts and an optional boiled egg (only boiled available), plus tea or coffee. €10 would be the right price.

Extremely clean, and generously sized rooms. The location is good for the city centre.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Position was great and the rooms were superb. The breakfast I didn’t think was value for money, but was just ok. But overall it was definitely a 10 out of 10 and would stay again if ever visiting Berlin again.

Breakfast 25 Euro pp seemend expensive for what it was, even with great views. However, we were spoilt for choice with local bakeries / supermarkerts so we were very happy to make our own breakfast, the coffee machine supplied did us good!

Very welcoming, friendly, helpful staff to meet us and make sure we remained comfortable. The room cleaning staff were especially attentive. Wonderful very spacious suite with very comfortable, small but perfect balcony, well equipped kitchenette, great shower over the bath in a large bathroom with lovely complimentary toiletries. Great lounge area.

The double sinks in the bathroom were clogged - Room 801. This is just a minor oversight and I’m sure management will be quick to fix.

The room suite was large enough for three adults to have their own bed; 1 bedroom each with a comfortable rollaway bed added to the living space. The housekeeping staff were very attentive by adding a third robe and linens for the extra person. There was also a small kitchen equipped with glass and tableware for guests. Breakfast and the lounge where it is served was superb! Attentive staff and views of the skyline.

The room was lovely and well-maintained. It is in an excellent location, close to everything you are looking for. The staff are friendly and very helpful as well. In General, the facility is good in all aspects.

Minor things, e.g. the additional bed was not the biggest or most comfortable and there are no curtains on the door to the balcony, so that if you use that room for sleeping you will have a lot of light very early. The personell were very creative in finding a solution for this, but it was not enough. But that is a small issue.

Very nice, spacious suite with all necessary amenities. Very good personell, who are forthcoming and try and find solutions. Impeccably cleaned. Very good, central location.

Everything, the great location the friendly and helpful staff, the spacious and clean room. It's one of the best hotels we ever stayed. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Berlin again.

Unfortunately I couldn't use the gym on at least one occasion as workmen were in there and there was no sign that it was closed.

The room was very spacious and had lovely afternoon sun, and the bed and the sofa were very comfortable.

Pungent smell in the bathroom, obvious sewerage problems.

Terrific location for a city break. Subway 1 min from the front door. Incredible facilities, spacious suite, friendly staff, one of Berlin's best taverns and eateries on-site. Could stay there for a weekend and never leave!

One slight criticism in that the sauna was only working the one day during our four night stay.
