Rooms were spacious and clean but no provision for air circulation in the hot weather. No fan/ AC or blower was provided.

- the guests were extremely noisy outside in the corridor, perhaps party guests are the kind of people coming to this hotel? And the noise would be at any time of the day. One of the days the guy next to my room put really loud music at 5am, another day at 2am... - more than once someone tried to open my door with their keys (dr*nk/h*gh/or just stup*d?) - there were people smoking in the room next to mine by the window which meant everytime I had to close my window so the smoke didn't come to my room. You open the window and is littered with cig butts, it even smells from the butts, so obviously the staff doesn't care about this - one of the days I was resting and a lady came to ask if I wanted the room cleaned. There was no don't disturb sign (probably they have the need to do health checks as their guests are not trustworthy?) - on my first day, there was an HL person pee*ing on one side of the door and another p*king on the other side at 2pm... - bit of a dodgy street but not the worst street around the station and there were always non dodgy people around so I felt safe still

- The room looks new and clean - the staff was nice - very comfortable room with everything you need for a short stay - literally less than 3min walk from the main station through the side exit and has elevator so it's perfect for big luggage

Wifi is terrible, barely worked. Floor had some oily substance on it. Clearly it wasn't cleared properly (see photo).

When you arrive after the check-in hours, you have to get the keys in another hotel. When I went there, the person didn't speak that much English and wasn't very polite. So when I had trouble to open the door, I had to go back to the train station to ask someone who could speak German to call this person to know how to go in the hotel. And to be honest, in the middle of the night, it doesn't feel safe at all to walk around. In the end, the door to opened isn't the most obvious one but one besides it. And when I went there, there were 2 drunk people so I didn't feel very safe.

Where do I start, toilet was minging dirty not what you expect from a hotel. They got my booking for the wrong day. He did manage to find me a room. But it was on the 5th floor and lift was out of action. As I'm 67 and suffer with osteoarthritis walking up to the room nearly killed me. The room was grubby and not very clean at all. I had booked a room with a en-suite toilet, but they gave a room with a shared bathroom, which was in disgusting state dirty and minging. To sum up would I go to this hotel again, absolutely not. If you are thinking of booking this hotel don't!!!

Biggest problem was they kept parking a giant linen cart at the base of the only stairway--a clear fire hazard. And bathrooms are only on two floors out of five. Wifi worked ok, but not always dependable.

Good value for money and extremely well located for getting around the area, right by the main station. Decently clean but could be better. Staff was helpful enough. They made the bed every day.

The streets around the Main Train Station are filled with homeless people (and everything that comes with them), so if anyone is sensitive to this, probably it's not a good place to choose. However, we did not feel unsafe at all.

Perfect for what we needed - right in front of the Main train station, so it's super easy to get literally anywhere from the hotel. We only needed one night before we headed to the airport, and this was a good budget choice.

The door to the room was a bit broken, it closed but didn’t feel safe in the room. Also the check in time was not correct on the page, after 11pm I had to walk to another hotel to check in. Was a bit out of the way.
