It is in a seedy area. On our walk to property two men were fighting outside. Also, didn’t feel safe, as the windows weren’t able to fully close and lock. They were balanced open when I entered the room. Since there was a platform and stairs outside the window I felt anyone could push open the windows and get inside the room even though it was on the 4th floor. In the morning there was someone outside the window talking on the phone and smoking. The bed I stayed in was sunken in which made it very uncomfortable to sleep.

Reception was good, they held my bag for me since I was early for my checkin. Water pressure and temperature great.

Actually, I got it from a really cheap price, so i didn't expect something big out of it. You get what you pay for. On the other hand, what bothers us is that the key was attached to a big keychain. It was kind of a hassle bringing it outside, especially if you're using a small bag to roam around the city.

The Location. It is just a walk from Frankfurt HBF. Accessible to all types of transportation

The room was old and stinky and literally broken in many ways. Anyone could see in the bathroom from outside. I had to cover it with towels. Towels were so stinky and dirty that I had to take a shower again. It unbelievably warm as the room they gave me was on top and when I asked for the fan, the staff were so rude and said they can’t help in anyway, even though I showed them how severe allergy I have. They don’t care about anything. Give few euros more and have a better place to stay

You might indeed see a couple of drug consumers along your very short way between the railway station and the hotel. DON'T PANIC, they are MOSTLY HARMLESS. The hotel owners can hardly do anything about it. The only thing left for the hotel is to struggle to survive. That explains the ridiculosly low price and the fact the hotel seems understaffed. But hey, you just need your 8 hours of sleep between that flight from Larnaca at 23:05 and that train to Manheim at 08:47! Do not forget your towel.

There was no elevator so I had to carry two 15kg cases and one backpack up to the 5th floor.

The price for what you get is great, room is big enough, hotel is right in front of the station, so almost no bums or junkies around.

The bathroom was incredibly cramped, and I accidentally injured my toes when I tried to maneuver out of it. The bleeding was severe, and the toilet seat seemed designed for very small individuals. If you share my claustrophobia, the bathroom is definitely not suitable for you.

because of the location close to the central station it is quite noisy at night. Not much the hotel can do about that though!

One of the staff (at reception who received us) was incredibly unfriendly, deceptive, unprofessional and extremely rude to us. It was so bad that we wanted to change hotels because we felt very unsafe because of this man. The other two staff members we met were however very friendly and great hosts. I will never recommend or go to this Hotel ever again because of this man.

bathrooms are communal. only two of the five floors have bathrooms. toilets are communal. missing toilet paper. Wash basin in the room, but no towel. Rooms are loud (you hear whatever is going on outside) and run down. Location is extremely convenient for the main station.

the worst hotel experience ever. They ask me to pick up my hotel room key at another hotel address at midnight (the area is kinda sketchy and scary)Also the old man in that pick up hotel couldn’t speak english at all,i asked him questions he literally yell at me and told me to leave!!! But eventually when i got my key back in Colour hotel and open my room,the room was being used and wasn’t been cleaned at all.No one was at the reception or any of the services call got picked up. At that time was already 1am ,i need to find somewhere elsa to stay for the night.I was tired and really disappointed how this hotel treat their customers like this.
