Because of the tour group booking breakfast is very busy and it can take some time to replenish some items. As I have said in previous reviews the location of different foods is spread about in several locations within the breakfast area causing people to be walking around and getting in each other's way.

Stayed here several times now and the location is excellent for the Plaza Major and easy access in and out of the City. The room was very good but it is used for group tour bookings so can get very busy in reception, just go next door for a beer while they clear the group.

Warm welcome from reception. Loved my room with good outlook overlooking busy street but sound isolation excellent. Room spacious and felt luxurious in an older fashioned manner. Very clean. Very comfortable. Very quiet. Very good nights sleep. Good value for money. I would stay again.

Location… a short easy walk to plaza mayor. It has A/C! We were there in July and it was nice to come in from really hot days and have nice cool room. Price/value was great

The basement car park was difficult and unusually tight to get in and out of! The receptionist told us to leave the car outside on the main street until we had checked in and this caused a traffic jam! No elevator service to the parking bays meant walking up and down the inside of the building. To cap that off we were charged an extra €16.50 for the privilege of parking overnight!

Location was great. Hotel was clean and within easy reach of the town square and cathedral.

Water in the toilet was leaking a bit, thus some noise all night long.

The room was of standard size and beds were ok. WiFi also worked without problems. Everything was clean. The hotel is located in a new avenue, but at a walking distance from the old city center.

We stayed Aug 2021 whilst all hotels were still coping with covid restrictions. The breakfast, quality and quantity was good but seriously understaffed with people waiting for coffee and drinks. This was NOT the fault of the waiters who were working extremely had to accommodate so many requests but should have been addressed by management.

Convenient location to visit the city. Paid parking next to hotel was useful. Room whilst comfortable and clean lacked space. Bathroom again small but shower and fittings functioned well. Located on a busy road and room overlooked a bar but the glazing was superb cutting out any noise even revving motorbikes. Catered well for gluten free.

The hotel cannot be seen as a four star hotel, as it has rooms with tiny bathrooms. Be careful, as during the shower it is almost impossible to turn your body without touching the walls. The WiFi internet does not work in the room. I had to go down to the hotel lobby to use my laptop and my family's cell phones. I had problems with the safe running out of batteries. I had to call a technician to open it.

The breakfast is good. The location is also good, as we did all the tours on foot.

This property is CLEAN. The room has enough space to move around in comfortably. The bath is a bit tight but has a bidet and huge shower. The bed was very comfortable. There were extra pillows in the closet. The a/c worked well. Room had a refrigerator and wifi. The views were pleasant. The staff was ultra professional, even the breakfast people. (They used common sense to serve people and seat those who were waiting.) The breakfast was well balanced. The rooms have been updated. We took a chance on this hotel and we will stay again. There are restaurants all around and a great peluquería on the block. There is a 24 hour parking at the end of the street for 16€, but the hospital parking across the avenue is better and more convenient.
