Honest traveller's review: Location: 7,5/10. Far from the historical district but safe and practical. Supermarket next door. Grounds, safety, privacy: 9/10. Service: 7,5/10. Nice turndown. Absent at pool area and bare minimal at reception. Cleanliness: 9/10. Overall very clean but some stains, glues and bad renovation finishes in corners and some walls. Design and condition common areas: 8,5/10. Good decor especially restaurants and halls, odd and unpractical ground floor layout. Design and condition bedroom 8/10. Cluttered with furniture. Some old design options such odd chandeliers, chairs. Suite sofa very hard. Design and condition bathroom - 8,5/10. Overall very good except the material that separates shower. Amazing bath products. Facilities - 7,5/10. Pool are could be so much better. Nice Gym. Value - 6 /10. Food - 9,5 /10. Breakfast with amazing quality, except the sweet pastries, and repetitive. Staff should serve coffe and tea at least. Dinner of great overall quality. Total score - 81%, good.

A recent renovated building hotel that delivers in many ways to a confortable experience but not something to be really excited about. Design dominates the practical aspects of the hotel and sometimes it becames too much. Odd reception and lobby layout, cramped pool area and furniture cluttered in the rooms and pool area are the main drawbacks. The service is rather minimal except at the breakfast and the location is not the best either, although there is a station nearby. Cold pool water at 34°C air temperature is just not understandable. The most positive aspects: serene and quiet rooms and floors, the total in room silence at night with AC off, the breakfast food quality and the amazing Codage bath products. Would I return again? It doesn't feel a luxury stay for the price tag.

The food in the restaurant. Undercooked pork and overcooked tuna.

I loved this hotel! The decor was beautiful. Very clean and modern hotel. Great facilities. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Lovely room and bathrooms. We really enjoyed the room service food. Roughly 20-30 minutes walk into the main sights.

The service at the pool was fairly slow. It took over an hour to order drinks sometimes.

The decor - one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Super friendly staff on reception - seemed genuinely happy to help. Beautiful beds, linens and rooms. Stunning interiors!

The location of the hotel is not good at all. It's a 30 minute walk into the city, which for the cost of the rooms is just too much. You can't just pop out for dinner and then stroll home, it's too far for the high price of the rooms. In addition, the pool on the ground floor is not ideal. You need to walk past the reception, people having afternoon tea, or people in the restaurant and bar to get to the pool which is uncomfortable. Also, because the pool is not on a rooftop, it only has the sun for a limited time and then it's gone, again, it's not good for the high price of the hotel. There are no sun loungers either so people are sat on chairs around the pool, and for the size of the hotel, there are not enough chairs / places to sit by the pool. There should be sun loungers the whole way around the pool.

The staff were absolutely exceptional. 10/10. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, they were kind, polite, engaged. I do not remember the last time I had such an amazing experience with staff at a hotel.

A very nice and new hotel, placed perfect, opposite Santa Justa station,very close to the city center.The hotel is decorated with good taste,refinement ,a nice jointing between traditional and modern.The room are spacious and confortable .The team is very young ,attentive, discret, with big smile and helpful.We felt indulge !We had a very nice hollyday în a spectacular town,Sevilla!
