The room - spacious and comfortable. Well designed. Clean. Staff came to clean the room twice a day I believe. Very attentive to details. Beds, sheets and linen were lush. Bed is extremely comfortable. There is big smart tv where you can cast your streaming platform and watch it in bed. The rain shower was so relaxing with great pressure. The toiletries provided are of great quality. High ceilings. Room was so comfy I struggled to get out of bed and wanted to stay in the room mostly. I can see the canopy of the trees outside from the balcony. The room faces the street but was quiet and still feels private because of the trees. The staff were very accommodating and were very attentive. Our inclusive Breakfast was great. Aside from the buffet breakfast, you can order a hot breakfast from the hotel menu The restaurant was very good. Rooftop bar is great especially at sunset--wind blowing on my cheeks, drinks on my hand from their wide selection of cocktails with live music on the background after a long day of sightseeing was a treat. Location is amazing. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle but just a few min away and you are in the middle of the lively Triana strip. Hotel is near two of the yummiest yet well priced tapas bar in seville (tipico and las golondrinas) although the hotel just started serving their amazingly delicious tapas menu from their restaurant Balbuena y huertas (Michelin 2024 guide and guia repsol)

I wish there where more sun needs next to the pool on the roof placed under the sun or shady area. but again, this is very small hotel with only few rooms.

Staff first off all are very responsive on booking messages and also could accommodate for requests such as leaving the luggage prior to check in time, etc. The hotel location is in a very nice local vibrant are, if you leave hotel and take right you will reach the center and pass the famous seville bridge. The room design is so nice and warm. the lights, and colors are unique, in addition to their selections lotion, shampoo, also everything you feel is high quality and well thought of. Mini bar was complementary! all in addition there is a Michelin Resturant experience just downstairs which can save you the headache of looking for a dinner place at least for one night.

Breakfast menu slightly confusing / over fussy for our palate. We prefer more basic food like eggs on toast but were able to order off menu so all good.

Loved this hotel, had a great vibe and the staff were so nice! Triana location also big bonus, such a bustling area with lots of great shops / restaurants.

Our room didn't have a window, which was a first for us! For such a high quality boutique hotel, this for us was a significant negative. Such a pity because in so many respects this small hotel ticks all the boxes.

The staff were exceptional and are the hotel's best asset. All with whom we interacted, including Rocia, Paula, Laura, Natharid, Deborah and others, were highly competent, friendly and professional. The hotel is situated a few hundred metres from the old town, so is nicely positioned away from the busiest parts, while still having easy access to shops, restaurants and areas of interest.

Breakfast had no cereal bowls

Excellent room and friendly and attentive staff. The tasting menus for dinner were a revelation. About 10 small courses which left you full after about an hour and a half of eating.

The staff could not have been more welcoming especially Alejandro and Paula on reception. The hotel is in an historic building and they explained the history to me. Ideally located in a vibrant neighbourhood and a short walk to all the main sights. I will definitely return.

A lovely spacious double room should have 2 chairs.

Hotel is stylish and the young female receptionist were efficient, friendly and very helpful. The complimentary minibar and tea snd coffee making facilities. The hotel allowed us to drop off our bags early and had the room ready.

We liked everything but if I really had to find something I would say: - one or two more drawers would have been handy - it is a bit difficult to see when using the toilet and shower because the lighting in that part of the room is very low!

Beautifully decorated spacious room, very comfortable bed and pillows, lovely decor, great breakfast and fabulous staff who couldn’t do enough for us.

The object is exquisite. The room with a balcony was spacious. The beds were also very comfortable, and the sheets were good quality. In the room, you can find towels, bathrobes, slippers, and luxury Aqua di Parma cosmetics. Guests have a coffee machine, kettle, tea, sweets, Chips, and bottled water. The Chef prepares a delicious breakfast. You have a wide range of Sandwiches to choose from.

Loved the location and room but service was variable. Suggest you double check any booking reception make for you as they forgot to book a show for us as promised. Suggest a simplified English menu for breakfast to deal with language issues - we never received what we ordered. The food was good though. Great hotel but service patchy. Do nit consider it 5 star service

Great location in Tirana neighbourhood. Lovely large and well equipped room. Comfortable bed and lovely bathroom.
