Amazing location

Due to the location there is street noise in the evenings from people outside at the restaurants. In the morning the trash is emptied on the street so we awoke to the sound of bottles being dumped into larger containers.

The room was spacious and comfortable with two twin beds and a balcony. The bathroom was nice with a good shower. The location of this hotel is fantastic! Right next to the cathedral! The rooftop bar and pool are really nice.

Nothing we didn't like. Just the lift. It would only take 3 people and there were 4 us.

Location perfect. Right in centre close to attractions. Plenty of cafes. Room was large, clean. Bathroom large and clean with shower over bath. Service at reception very friendly. Staff very friendly throughout hotel. Big bonus was the roof terrace and bar overlooking Cathedral. Really great during evening to sit out and enjoy view and gentle breeze. The tapas on the terrace excellent. Breakfast was ok. Eggs not cooked very well on two days. Better selection of breads would have been good, but not enough of a problem to spoil our stay

A/C was just good enough for 100 degree days and the two twin beds pushed together didn’t work for us

Property is located across the square from the Cathedral which afforded spectacular views from the rooftop pool and bar, its central location was walking distance to all the historic sites, the room was spacious, clean and staff was friendly.

The hotel is old and facilities are not very modern such as the chargers and plug ins.

the room was nice with 2 separate beds next to each other which I requested. the location is great across from the Cathedral. The pool and bar on the roof are very good and good staff with views of the cathedral.

Driving to the hotel with a rental car was challenging as it is right off the main square with many pedestrians. The GPS had us going in circles. Hotel should help drivers with clear instructions.

Location cant be beat. Beautiful historical hotel with in walking distance to all the attractions and plenty of restaurants outside the door. Staff were super helpful and friendly! Roof top pool and bar was fantastic!

We didn't want cocktails in the roof bar as this was very crowded and it proved hard work organising room service as there was no menu provided. Much more pleasant in the bar later in the evening when cooler and quieter

We followed the directions from Google Maps and it was very difficult to find the hotel. We eventually parked very far away and carried our luggage. In later we learned there was an underground parking.

Fabulous hotel in an amazing location. The front cover picture sums it up, the view from the pool to the Giralda is sublime. The location could not be more central and the staff were amazing. Best hotel we've ever stayed at. Definitely one we will return to

Great location, good facilities and helpful staff. It’s an old building with lots of character and art. Does need new beds and pillows, but otherwise comfortable and central.

Not much ventilation, fan would have been nice. Bathroom was well appointed but a little conditioner would have been helpful (I forgot mine). Also hard to shower without getting water on floor.

Excellent location, staff were very helpful and responsive, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. The rooftop bar was fun for a drink after a long day. Also loved not having to ditch a duvet; blanket was perfect.

Nothing it was the perfect stay!

Wow! This hotel is perfect! You cannot beat the location it’s central so a short walk to all the key spots. The room was spacious with a huge bed. We were very lucky as we got a room that was wasn’t on the street front so was very quiet. Everywhere was really clean and the rooftop well just incredible, you cannot beat that view! It was lovely to go and chill by the pool in the afternoon after a morning of walking or having a cocktail before dinner.

The pool was fairly cold. We still went in, but would have been better if it was heated.

We had an amazing stay. It was THE most perfect location of any hotel I've ever stayed in. The Cathedral and Alcazar were both one block away. Our small balcony overlooked the main street - while we could definitely hear noise, we were on the 4th floor so it wasn't too loud and never kept us up at night. I could see it being a bit louder on a lower floor. The room itself was large and comfortable. It was not as "outdated" as pictures made it seem. The whole hotel had a really nice charm and elegance to it. We particularly loved the rooftop bar and pool. We hung out there every night and for hours on our last "relaxation" day that we baked into our trip. Overall, would highly, highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Seville.
