We stayed in a standard room which was a bit dated, will upgrade to a better room next time as they were amazing.

Location was excellent, really excellent staff. Breakfast was amazing, great choices.

Pool crowded at times and you have to pay to upgrade to premium room to use adult only area !

We wanted a iron left in room but they kept taking it back and there wasn't a shaving mirror in bathroom and products they provided often wouldn't pump out

They had lifts for disabled people down to the pool area

The facilities were not very clean. We found small fly worms in the kettle. The room only had equipment for two people although we booked it for three persons. When asked at the reception, they brought the duvets and towels for the third person but no glasses and cups.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was tasty, the location is wonderful.

Very clean- excellent idea with the sunbeds - no towels till after breakfast - makes the holiday less stressful. Great party every night between 4-6. Enough entertainment if you wanted to join in. Lovely food and nice to have shaped plastic glasses outside.

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel. My only gripe is that the check in process is so long and slow.

I love this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect. This was my second stay and I have recommended it to many others who have also stayed here.

The beds, only fault was the single beds that kept moving apart. They are very firm and we did not find them comfortable. The pillows on the other hand were lovely and soft. Would love a double bed to share with my husband next time, rather than sleeping in separate beds

The location is superb, right next to the marina, and beachfront. It’s a lovely hotel, very clean. Lovely pool area, lounge area with entertainment in the evening was good. Food good extensive choice and very tasty, breakfast was lovely. Dinner lots of options, salad bar and dessert station exceptional.

Rooms could do with some more bedroom furniture ie drawers. we had 3 adults in one room and there isnt a lot of storage space. it was a bit disappointing not to be able to sunbathe at the poolside, no where near enough sun loungers for every guest.

the hotel location could not be better, rooms were very clean. staff were very very friendly food was very good at breakfast.

The walls have no soundproof, I could hear the next room neighbors like they were in the room with me. I would sleep only 5-6h a night because they would come in the room late and be loud. Also for the cost of the room I would expect a better quality toilet paper, I believe that was the cheapest they could get. The cover for the duvet were to sheets one below the duvet and one on top of it, I think they should buy a proper duvet cover. The hotel personnel is very unfriendly, they are cold people. From breakfast you cannot take a cup of coffee and go outside to smoke or just drink your coffee outside, they don’t allow it. It’s just because they want you to buy the coffee from the lobby bar I guess.

The staff at the bar were very slow and particularly at happy hour. Some staff at the breakfast were very rude, my friend arrived for breakfast at 10:45am and she was told she couldnt have any food. We asked for an extra place setting for breakfast and were told to move to another table quite abruptly by the waiter.

The staff were extremely helpful & friendly at reception. Juan at the pool bar was so friendly & helpful for the 3 days we were there. The food at the pool bar was very good quality.
