It's marketed as city centre but, be warned, it's a bit of a walk to the main attractions. Not so far that, usually, it would be a big deal for us but with 5 days of 38 degree heat it became a tough 25min walk. Also, We had the room under the terrace bar at the front and on Saturday night the noise was too much (not a problem on the other 4 nights). Wasn't entirely sure if it was the hotel bar or the bar a couple of doors down but, either way, it was very loud until 2am.

Lovely wee, good value, hotel with lots of character and great staff (particularly Maria on breakfast duties), located in a non-touristy area full of good bars and tapas places.

We had one night at Patio de la Alameda and then 2 nights in Granada and back for 2 nights at Patio de la Alameda again. The staff were so kind and allowed us to leave our suitcases with them to enable us to travel light to Granada.

The rooftop breakfast room (and bar in the evenings) was a lovely spot. The position on a huge square gives a large choice of bars and restaurants, used mostly by locals. This is because the hotel is located about 20 minutes walk away from the historical sites and all the tourist-centred bars and restaurants. If you don't mind this walk, then the location is good. The layout of the hotel around internal courtyards was lovely - a nice feel to the place. And very quiet.

Hotel is just outside the centre in a really beautiful public area full of restaurants and tapas bars. Literally a 5 minute walk to the main centre. Beautiful area on an evening

It was clean with very friendly and helpful staff. The location was very good. It was easy to access most locations by walking, bus or taxi. Good restaurants within walking distance. It was on a plaza where locals tend to go to. Not a big touristy area. Very good breakfast.

The location is perfect, right on one of the main streets of the city, but not noisy. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and spoke multiple languages.

Fabulous experience to stay in a Patio House full of character, very quirky. Lovely rooftop terrace for breakfast. Lots of bars and restaurants around the square and a straightforward 15-20 mins walk into the historic area.

We always appreciate a kettle in the room so it’s a shame there isn’t one, but we knew there wouldn’t be one here. We didn’t bother going down to the reception area to pay to use the Nespresso machine, just as well go outside to a café. Breakfast is ok, fair amount of choice but we preferred to go out & use the cafés, good quality food about that was more to our liking. Although the rooms have windows facing the inner courtyard don’t expect to see out of them as there are faux flowers in front of all windows. Not a problem to us but don’t go expecting any views.

Loved the location, relaxed atmosphere, nice walk into central Seville, plenty of places to eat & drink right outside the hotel. The hotel was immaculately clean, the room was painted white so nice and light, very comfortable bed and good sized shower. Loved all the plants around the place and it’s very peaceful in the hotel. Fridge in the room. We would definitely return to this hotel, lots of positives 😊

Nothing to dislike - we will stay here again.

This hotel has a Moroccan riad feel to it and it’s quirky and bijou which we loved. It’s a small hotel situated outside the main centre but only a 15 minute walk to the cathedral and central hub. It’s also only 15 minutes drive from the airport. There are lots of bars and cafes and restaurants to choose from directly outside the hotel but inside you never hear any noise it’s so quiet and tranquil. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean with good air conditioning. The price is good for the quality of accommodation. We had breakfast here to on the roof terrace which was wonderful.

Beautiful place, good location and even though busy outside, inside it’s quiet. However, thin walls so we could hear the neighbour watching tv. Not really a big issue and probably due to old style architecture without isolation

Hotel parking space was very tight and hard to get into.

This was a lovely hotel with friendly staff, located on a vibrant square with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.
