The beds and pillows were a little hard, and we would have liked a double bed. That’s all.

The breakfast was basic, however good. There were laundry facilities there, great for anyone doing a Camino. It was only 5 mins walk to shops, cafes, bars..

Less coffeeshops and restaurants in environment, unless you drink from the machinew, and eat in the students hall.

Perfect place for some nights. Simpel breakfast included. Busstop in front (line 4 to busstation, line 21 to railwaystation).

The juices were mediocre. The room was a bit too plain and perhaps the schedule could be enlarged slightly. The microwave apparently was somewhat difficult to use as at least a pair of separate individuals had problem with it.

The breakfast was good enough. Three juices, yoghurts, donuts, croissants, milk of all types, two cereals... More than enough for a few good breakfasts before getting tired of the options available. For a few days it is excellent.

Only limited free street parking is available in this area and the residencia does not have any arrangement with commercial car parks to offer a reduced rate.

The studio was large, confortable and well equipped with central heating and AC in both the living room and bedroom. The location is very convenient, only a few minutes walk from the city centre. The staff were very helpful.

Extremely clean, towels and sheets regularly changed, big room with all you need for a nice stay, especially if you go to study. Very good Wi-Fi. Very friendly and helpful staff. 6-7 minutes from the city center, 15 min. from the Central bus station. Will definitely stay again here.

This was your typical university halls of residence. If you know what these are like, they resemble open-prison cells! We were expecting some sort of kitchen space, at least a sink, fridge and microwave. There was only a cupboard with a small fridge, crammed with other guests supplies, and a microwave. This was disappointing. I also had a faulty lamp in my room.

The staff were very helpful. Big shout out to the catering team too! The rooms were clean, the air con worked well, the location is great and the facilities (gym, pool table) all free to use. This was a safe, comfortable low budget place.

There was a gym on the property, which would have benefited from air conditioning, particularly as it was so hot. The breakfast was simple and one had to arrive early to get the full array of food (bananas, for instance, were snapped up very quickly indeed). I thought that a bit more variety at breakfast would have increased the pleasure of my stay.

I had an executive apartment for four weeks. It was very comfortable, with good Wifi, a small kitchen, television, two air conditioning units (utterly essential as it was close to 40C most days), a bathroom and a perfectly firm bed. The location is pretty good, only about 15 minutes walk to my Spanish school near the Casa de las Conchas.

This was a great budget stay with so much good value because of the central location. It's easy walking distance to all the historic sites in Salamanca. The included breakfast was especially wonderful.

We would appreciate more informations about the stay in advance, it is among other university students. However it was like to be back in our university years and it was nice experience. The rooms were well equipped and comfortable. Great accommodation for young people especially.

Parking difficult and expensive nearby, in the end we parked by the railway station in free parking and walked back (20mins) after dropping our luggage off.

Student breakfast in refectory bread, cereals, coffee, juice. Rooms clean with en-suite facilities. Walkable to town centre and restaurants.

Students partying in next room one evening gave me one sleepless night. You can't stop students having a good time. But the management may want to consider ensuring paying guests don't occupy rooms right next to students.

It was an excellent budget choice - value for money and location could not be better. The room was clean and well-maintained Breakfast was decent.

No issues

I arrived in Salamanca late in the evening (about 0030) but had no issue arriving - the place has a 24 hr front desk. It's university accommodation so a little spartan compared to a hotel but perfectly adequate for a couple of nights, or even for a longer stay if studying on one of the city's many summer courses.
