The main problem we experienced was with the water. We had to call maintenance twice because the water was cold. It seems to be a problem with the flame turning down, I don't know exactly. Anyway, that is the only thing to mention negatively.

The facilities. A huge kitchen with a very nice breakfast, comfortable enough room (a bit small, but attend all of our needs easily), air-conditioning in the floor/apartment so we can set it up, 24h reception, coffee, drink and snack machines. Big bathroom but we have a problem with (cold) water. Really good. Would go back, for sure.

Water temperature during showering is hard to control properly. Airconditioning blows too much cold air during the night.

No internet, when i was here. And window to the courtyard, but last for me not big problem. I’m IT specialist, and internet is important for me. For two days it’s can be, but so difficult if o want to stay long time

There was a little problem with hot water, performing 'irregularly'. In the summer that is not really a major issue, yet I would have loved a few more hot showers. For that I took the overall rating down one notch. Then, the residencia is about 50 minutes on foot from the Alameda Principal. If one does not want to walk it all the way (hardly recommendable with 34 degrees C outdoor), then one would rely heavily on public transports - which work fine, by the way, and are reasonably cheap.

Staff are friendly and service is definitely good. My apartment was luminous and quiet, could have hardly asked for more. Bathroom indeed quite nice, kitchen and appliances in there fully functional - tricky microwave oven, though. (However I should add that I was alone and had the whole apartment to myself, I can't be wholly objective about it). The residencia is very well connected to the center via metro and buses, and it has a lot of supermarkets around it. Moreover there is also quite a number of cafés and restaurant. Finally, for the week of the Feria de Agosto, the residence is about 15 minutes on foot to the Recinto Ferial.

The AC did not work well during my stay. Only towels are provided but you have to buy everything else even hand soap.

The room was spacious and clean. It is a 5 minute walk to the metro station, and by metro you can directly go to the center of Málaga at a very cheap price. The breakfast is good enough. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Morning breakfast area was a bit messy but looked understaffed to clean up after sloppy guests.

Value for money. Very basic accommodation but great for a night with very clean room. Shared bathroom which was very clean. Friendly helpful staff.

Rude receptionist. She let us in and didn't lift her eyes on us for about 5 minutes. Didn't say hi or anything at all. It was wierd. Didn't make any attempt on speaking English or try to explain anything in any understandable way. Breakfast buffet with 1 type of bread (only white loaf), 3 types of ham, many different jams, some fruit, but not a single vegetable option. Coffee was ok.

Two bathrooms, so no que for toilet or shower. Bathrooms were cleaned every day. The room had a view. Vegetarian milk available for breakfast. The flat had a balcony.

We booked a room with a private bathroom. But it turned out they do not have rooms with a private bathroom, only with a shared. We were waiting for three hours to be checked in.

We stayed only one night and went with car, so I can't say if the location is OK,but is just 15 min away from the airport. The breakfast was great - tasty and friendly staff.I would recommend the place .

Staff very helpful and accommodating to my needs. Room was clean and fully equipped with air conditioning. The location was very convenient and not far from local stores and other hot spots that I planned on visiting.

It was a very bad place as there is only one bathroom for every four double rooms and there was no shampoo, soap or toilet paper in the bathroom For five nights, no one came to clean the room or bathroom or change towels, unlike other hotels We were very annoyed that no one at the reception or the hotel speaks English. We tried with several employees, and everyone spoke only Spanish. I was amazed that the hotel has foreign tourists and its staff do not speak English. As for breakfast, I have not seen anything worse in my life than such a restaurant or breakfast. There was only one kind of the worst type of cheese. As for fruits, the staff kept them behind and gave only one to each person, as if we were in school or the army, as if its owners only cared about saving money. They were very Stingy, even though we paid a price that was not cheap for each night, but I traveled a lot and did not see anything worse than this hotel, and I do not advise anyone to stay in it because

Apartment was very dirty and dusty. First day everything was good, but another 2 days only cold water was in the showers. Breakfast was very bad, it was only one type of cheese, two different types of ham and bread no veggies at all.

Impossible to contact the premises about my check in time and arrival. No one answered my messages. It was very stressful as I didn't know if there will be anyone when I arrive! When I arrived the person in the reception didn't speak English. On my bed sheet there was a big chunk of dirt and a lot of black hair. I didn't take a picture as I was tired, I wish I did. Luckily there was q second bed with clean(er) sheet.

I wanted to find somewhere affordable and easily accessible for a quick day trip. When I arrived I was given the key nearly an hour after I arrived at checking in time just to find the whole place was still dirty from the night before. I waited a further hour or so for the rooms to be cleaned and to be able to finally check in. The cleaners are way too present in the building. They take up so much space with all their cleaning equipment. You’re constantly having to squeeze past them or wait for access to the lifts as they’re full of cleaning equipment. The bedrooms are sparse with just a thin sheet to sleep with while the air con is super high so you’re so cold! You have to share bathrooms and if you’re unlucky like me you’ll never get the chance to use yours - not in a clean state anyway. Packed with girls doing their hair and make up so you have no chance to pee. It really does feel like university accommodation. The girls next door to my room cried loudly most of the night so I couldn’t get much sleep. I didn’t stay for breakfast as I had enough by that point and just wanted to get out. It’s not worth the money you pay. I’ve stayed in much more hospitable environments for half the price.
