Pool opened at different times and later that we’d have liked. I like an early swim before breakfast but it wasn’t possible as pools opened at 09:30 and 10:00

Great pools. Plenty sun beds during our stay at the end of may although understandably you need to be early to get a bed at the pool. But plenty in quieter spots. Buffet was very good with an excellent selection and good quality.

Close to the airport, where dense air traffic can be disturbing. On the other hand airport transfer is very quick. Lot of birds (sparrows) are trying to steal food from the canteen/restaurant, whhich one can find a bit troublesome.

Great location away from the noisy and overcrowded disco clubs, next to the promenade, beaches, bars and restaurants. 8 mins walking to the train station, very convinient way to get to Malaga. Hotel offers quite good and varied food. There are two big swimming pools and a lot of sunbeds.

It was a long process to check in when we arrived. A lot of sparrows flying around in the breakfast room and eating from your plates indoors and outdoors.

Close to the airport for a transfer. There was a good selection of quality food at Breakfast. Just across the road is the beach.

Breakfast was great, the flamenco show was very nice. Hotel is located directly on the beach and very close to Malaga. I recommend.

The reason for not giving this property 10/10 is purely based on the dire entertainment, practical non existent, which was suitable for children but very disappointing for adults.

The property is in a quiet location across the road from a beach with lovely pools and gardens. The food was always good quality and plenty of choice

Given room at back of the building which had a brilliant view and we had to change rooms because soon as you walked out on the balcony you could smell the Stench of the bins down below ...and there was a fan that was so loud on the building across from us ... there was no way we could even attempt to relax on the Balcany ...which is a massive part of our experience that we look forward to when we stay in spain.

The first room we were given had many flaws: the fridge wasn't working so our baby food/milk went off by the morning, the shower wasn't working properly, wifi was really poor etc. We had a horrible experience so next morning I spoke to the Guest Experience Manager Juan and he moved us to another much better room. He apologised for the incovenience and informed us that the hotel was open just for 10 days after the winter closure when we arrived that's why not all rooms were prepared/checked. Thank you Juan- you saved our holidays and made them fantastic!

The staff is very hard working and everyone is lovely. The food at the restaurant is very good. They have a variety of dishes/themes. It does get very busy and sometimes you may need to queue but it was not a problem for us. The grounds are fantastic. The hotel is spread out and there are lots of greenery, nice gardens, lovely pathways. There is a huge closed field/park which belongs to the hotel and it was excellent for the kids to run around in the safe environment. There are 2 excellent pools and they are big. The beach is across the road. It was so convenient to go to the beach and return to the hotel to grab a drink or go to the toilet. The alcoholic drinks were excellent. I could not get enough of aperol spritz and pina colada - they were the best. We had a very peaceful stay, no noise at night. Good night time every day enterntainment for adults and kids.

Only thing that I wasn't a fan of but didn't seem to bother the other guests was the birds flying around in the buffet restaurant, made me feel slightly uncomfortable with them flying around and on the food.

Hotel, staff, facilites and aesthetics of the hotel was amazing and better than expected. The hotel and overall stay exceeded our expectations beyond the small amount of negative trip advisor reviews, that did not match to how great the hotel and staff was.

The staff is very kind and helpful with any questions. Huge selection of delicious food and drinks. Fantastic location under 1 minute to the beach and less than 10 minute walk to the train station to travel to Malaga (trains travel every 20 minutes). Amazing activities for kids and adults, everyday. Great pool and sun beds. Room was always clean and very comfortable

Only one negative which was that the photographers (are lovely themselves) but don’t take the hint and you then have to avoid them!

Clean and beautiful. Well kept gardens and buildings were freshly painted. Looked gorgeous. The food was really tasty, lots of choice, help yourself to drinks in the restaurant which made it easy and quick.
