Room ample and clean well equipped. Breakfast with many choices: hot meals, cuts, breads, fruits...Climatized swimming pool and sauna. Outside patio. Hotel is a short ride from Central Kamppi by frequent bus (line 400) on a residential area full of parks. By buying a pass allowed us to move around the city and go to the centre as many times as we wanted.

The hotel is a solid 15min walk from Huopalahti Station and this station is the last station of zone B, so going into Helsinki will require you to buy a ticket for zones AB, which makes the ticket more expensive. But that's not the hotel's fault, of course.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the breakfast had a solid selection of food and gym, sauna and pool were a nice addition.

Single beds were really small. Small choice for breakfast, missing more healthy food choices (like fruit salad, boiled eggs)

Place just beside lovely park, important for me as traveling with pet. Working time of swimming pool is amazing. Nice room.

Oh dear, the restaurant. Now, we didn't really have a choice here. My father is disabled, has trouble walking, and needs a wheelchair for any distance. We were tired after the flight, and did not want to leave the hotel. So we ate in the hotel restaurant. Having done a similar job, I am going to pull the young male waiter up for a shirt that really did need to see a washing machine. Thankfully, he did not bring our food to the tables or I would have refused it. The person who seemed to be doing the cooking did that. Also, said waiter needs to take note that when a client asks for a drink, go and deal with this promptly, do not stay and keep passing the time of day. Plus, when the drinks did arrive (The beer bottles were opened at the table), he continued to outstay his welcome at the table despite several hints. Hopefully, this is feedback that can be passed on, not as a negative, but an area for improvement.

I know I have marked down the staff. There is a reason. However, that being said, the young Lady on the reception desk upon arrival I would say is quite new to the job, and despite having some issues with my London / Essex accent (English people don't laugh please!) did very well. Compliments where due. My father and I came back to this hotel simply because for Helsinki, the rooms are functional, tidy and at an excellent price point. We had stayed here back in 2019, so know the place.

Finland is a country of design. There are numerous famous tables, chairs, lamps that each reflect their era. The hotel is cosy and comfortable and out of a sudden you start to notice that every table, chair, lamp has their little extra, the design, likely the Finnish 90-s.

Eggs overcooked Room with broken clothes hanger on door. I was advised 3 days later that no repair was possible.

Breakfast was not the best one. Very limited choice of dairy and gluten free options. Omelet was disgusting. Pool is small and tired. Also if it is a aqua aerobic class, you have only half of it for swimming. Water jet for a neck and shoulder massage didn't work.

Staff on reception is great! Especially Ekaterina. She is nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Room was big and bed was very comfortable. Sauna is opened from 4pm and can be quite busy when sports classes finish. Sauna is separate for men and women, but this is traditional as I understood as you are expected to be there without clothes. Location is great. It is about 10 minutes walk to the nearest train station and another 10 minutes ride to the Helsinki train station. The same train, but in different direction will take you to the airport.

Very comfortable stay, breakfast was great with lots of variety. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the pool and sauna. Public transport just across the road into city. Being winter, we enjoyed the snow-covered parkland across from the hotel.

There could have been more vegan or vegetarian options at the breakfast buffet. And when we were there the wifi was not working in our room. The receptionist told us that there was nothing they could do about that right now but that they are trying to fix it.

Over all quite nice rooms with comfortable beds. Although there is a big street right outside you can hear nothing through the windows and it's very quiet. The swimming pool and sauna was a nice thing to have and very clean.

Location was a bit far out but not too difficult to get public transport or a taxi.

The facilities here, included in the price of the room, were exceptional. The gym was well equipped and we were allowed to use the yoga studio as well. The sauna and pool were also great and the hydrobics screen was fun too! Room was comfortable and the shower head was very nice. Robes were a nice touch too.

The rooms was not so warm, in my opinion, the room was cold. The heater system is centralized, and there is no possibility to regulate the room temperature independetly. This was not the problem of my room. Many other people have the same opinion during my stay If you want to visit the city centre, the hotel is a little bit far: 30 minutes by bus. The bus stoy is just 100 metres from the hotel.

Rooms are big. Stuff really friendly. The sauna and the indoor pool was great after a work day The location near the University is very convinient, if you have to go to this place. The breakfast is good and with a lot of variety

Restaurant was closed as it was Sunday evening. Breakfast was included in the price but the restaurant wasn’t open early enough for us.

Fairly close to the airport with a nice pool and sauna. A couple of local restaurants within walking distance.
