We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomHe needed some sparkling water and left the hotel to find a shop. A few yards from the hotel a car stopped and asked if he wanted cocaine…. The hotel was clean and he had a great stay - but the interaction was unsettling. Only criticism he had.
My partner had to stay due to public transport strike. He advised that it was under refurbishment and the bathroom was brand new and a delight! 5*. Brand new carpets. Bed was comfortable.

It certainly isnt at Luton Airport. It is in Hightown about 5 minutes walk to the railway station and 10 minutes to the town centre. The area is a bit shabby but I didnt feel unsafe. Lots of nearby shops and takeaways. Restaurants in Luton or in Hightown (I went for a curry there, 12 mins walk)

United KingdomFor £94 a night it would be reasonable to expect breakfast to be included. It’s just hotels in general I’m not happy with in terms of value for money. You get the most basic accommodation for the most ridiculous prices.
Clean, well located hotel. Near town centre but in a quiet area. Good access to rest of town. As far as hotels go, this is a good one.

I loved everything about this hotel When we arrived the staff made us feel very welcome and couldn't do enough for us. After helping us to our room i was suprised how immaculate it was it was. Ok it was bit small but it was so clean, especially the bathroom. The bed was very comfy, the shower was clean hot and powerful there was plenty of soap Lots of tea and coffee one of the best hotels I've stayed in for value Big thank you to the staff for their help.

We had just caught an early flight back to London Luton following a month in Europe. We were very tired having attended the football match in naples the night before and the beers that come with it. I called ahead and asked if it was possible to check in early given that we had just come off a flight from Europe this was no problem for the staff and we checked in around 11am. We were very thankful for this and no doubt wouldn't of been accepted in the nearby ibis and big corporate hotels. This is seemingly family run establishment very clean and modern, we had a very comfortable stay. Would recommend.
