Rooms are separated by a door in between and unfortunately our neighbour was opening their main door all through the night. Other than that everything was good

Great reception team and cleaning staff are friendly as well. Room was big and had everything you'd need for a short stay. Overall, enjoyed our night here

The iron had melted fabric on it which made it impossible to use. The shower drained only very slowly - probably a partial blockage. Room 115.

Very convenient location. I suggest you highlight how easy it is to reach the hotel from Luton Parkway train station and also how easy it is to access the airport from the hotel - and vice versa. I thought I needed a taxi from the station and wasted time late at night when I was very tired before learning, by chance, that I could walk in a few minutes.

One of the employees was mistreated by a customer, and no one helped her. A manager should have come to her rescue and the people were out of line. One lady at the buffet basically cleared the entire buffet by herself. I think she should have been told not to be so greedy!

The breakfast was excellent. The location is so easy for Luton airport and for the new train service. Easy to travel from here to the rest of the UK.

A tad loud with the airport nearby and very hot in the rooms that fave west.

So close to the train station, huge and comfortable beds, 24 hour restaurant an added bonus, and lovely staff who allowed us to store our bags for a few days

Breakfast looked good on face of it (fresh fruit, waffle maker etc) but the eggs, mushrooms, hash browns and OJ could have been better.

Awful smells in bathroom everytime we went in their, felt like they were coming through the fan. Sofa bed not comfortable but thankfully my 9yr old niece was able to sleep on it across wise, so avoiding the metal bar down the centre. Also no signage to disabled parking, so at nearly 11pm at night travelling in my own with 9yr old twins I couldn't find it & ended up parked what felt like miles away from the hotel & therefore in a lot of pain when I got to reception. After talking through with how to access it with receptionist I still wouldn't of been able to find it in the daylight without that conversation, plus bays were parked in by non disabled users, as other marking have been put over them, so they are still not clear & there is no signage, which I think is extremely poor for a hotel of that size. Was appreciative of having room closest to reception though.

Main bed extremely comfortable. Lovely bathroom. Buffet breakfast also enjoyed.

It would've helped to have known that it was by the train station not the airport. Coming from a night flight, I had thought it would be where the other hotels would be located so followed the 'hotels' sign. The paths weren't really paths... Also, I wish bottles of water could have been provided. It was more Travelodge than Hilton to use the kettle. I also didn't like being asked to give a deposit of £5 in the event of purchasing anything at the bar. I don't think it adds anything to the service.

I loved the rooms and the furniture. The bed was hard to get out of and the comfy chair with a stool was a lovely addition.

Kumar on reception was excellent. He took our bags when we left them before we could check in and when we returned to check in he remembered our names and checked us in. Kumar was professional, friendly and helpful.

Nothing - it was all fine.

Room was nice (apart from a randomly flickering light, which I forgot to report). Breakfast was fine. Sound-proofing was decent given that the aircraft overhead and trains next door did not keep me awake!
