Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nothing to complain about - it's very nice for one or two nights.
Professional and super friendly reception team. Our twin room was very well designed, clean, comfortable and spacious. The design of the restaurant and bar reflect Luton's hat making history - a lovely touch.

The price was very expensive because of the event that was on that weekend.

The additional charges, after paying such a high premium for the room, breakfast and parking should be included. This made it an expensive one night stay
The staff were amazing! Super friendly and really helpful. We were able to park our car in the city centre which was ideal. Everything was spotlessly clean and the beds were really comfortable.

The food in the restaurant was below average. Hot chips (fries) came out and were inedible, the salad that came with my burger seemed to be at least a few days old with the lettuce badly wilted and tasting almost ‘wrong’. The lettuce on the burger was the same. The chicken kebab for entree was quite nice. My daughter’s steak (ribeye) was okay, but not excellent. Was a shame because the wait staff seem to try very hard to accomodate and they are friendly and fairly attentive - a lovely surprise.
Lovely new property in a very good location for us, very convenient and fairly close to the airport.

The only real issue we had was at dinner time. We were supposed to have anchovies in my Ceaser Salad which I adore and was one of the reasons I ordered it and there wasn't a single one there, so very disappointing. Also there was a group on the next table that were very loud disrupting everyone else. Although some one went over to ask them to be quiet. It wasn't with much effort and consequently made no difference at all. This meant we had to leave instead and most of the meal as well
The staff were very helpful and polite when approached. The kitchen manager especially went out of his way when we went to breakfast which was supposed to be a buffet, but as things were nearly empty he cooked us a fantastic breakfast from scratch. The beds were very comfortable.

There is a busy street right outside the window. There was some unloading of goods at 2 am right under our room, very noisy.

The car park is small but we booked in advance and were able to secure a space. Standard double room is a little on the small side.
Staff were very helpful. Food in the hotel was great. It is only a 10 minute drive to Luton Airport and is easy to get to. Room was modern and clean.
