1. Room Cleanliness Issues: The initial room cleanliness left much to be desired, with dirt from the AC on the floor, smelly towels, and a moldy bathroom. It gave the impression that the maintenance was lacking. 2. High Price for Standard Facilities: During the peak season on 26-27 Dec, the pricing seemed disproportionately high for the standard facilities offered, raising concerns about value for money. 3. Limited Breakfast Options: The breakfast options were disappointingly limited, which may not align with guests' expectations.

1. Strategic Location: The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk to the Malioboro Area, making it easily accessible by foot. However, navigating by car can be cumbersome due to the one-way road system. 2. Spacious Rooms: The rooms are impressively spacious, providing ample room for guests. 3. Helpful Staff: The hotel staff proved to be helpful and responsive to requests throughout the stay. 4. Great Rooftop Bar and Pool: The rooftop bar and swimming pool offer a delightful experience, adding a positive touch to the overall ambiance.

There are not many electricity plugs available, it was very difficult for us to charge our gadgets. Overall, I don't feel this room worth the money.

The room was very spartan and the walls were a bit thinner than we had hoped for.

Breakfast buffet was varied. Staff was very friendly. Very close to Malioboro. We liked the fact that they want to be environmentally conscious: no plastic bottles of water for example but you could tap water from a water cooler down the hall.

The shower area in the bathroom should be equipped with a device/mechanism that should be able to keep water seeping/flowing into the dry area of the bathroom.

My room located at the end of corner, so the room's window face our neighbors room window. So there is no privacy if I open the curtain. And the mini fridge is spoilt. I had to keep my chocolates on the bed and set the room to the lowest temperature to freeze it when I went out.

Comfortable bed, big and spacious room and bathroom. Friendly staff. Just 7 minutes walk to malioboro. There is a nearby great massage place called Kakiku Family Reflexologist to go after a long day of sightseeing Yogyakarta. As if you arrive from train station, if you bring light bagpack you can either walk or take the motorcycle taxi to the hotel.
