This is my third times, another room another tower. I couldnt sleep when i had room in North Tower, the plumbing next door was so noisy… 20 hours till I had to check out

The porcupine enclosure is very very small for such a big animal. The floor near swimming pool and on the pool slide steps can be very slippery even when only walking.

Good facilities especially for kids. They loved the swimming pool and feeding the animals. Breakfast was wonderful with good spread of local and international food. Rooms were good size and we got connecting rooms which was great since there are 5 of us.

the crowd when its breakfast time, with the number of guest staying at their place compare to their breakfast areas it feel so pack, maybe they need to consider to split the areas

overall this hotel is good in all aspect, the location is good all kids facilities is top notch (cooking class, mini zoo, swimming pool, playground, sand pool) and also the room size is decent

I stayed at this hotel for 1 week. I dont like the girl working at the front office named Keke Diane. She coughed without covering her mouth, straight to my face. She is a person without a smile, let alone lacking the standard greeting that most of the people working in the hospitality industry should know. She looks down on people and I think this kind of person should work as a cleaning service instead of the front office staff. I am very very very disappointed with her. If I see her again working at the front office, I will quickly turn around and find another hotel.

The room is comfortable, the barhroom is clean, the food was excellence. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was very dirty.

Stayed in the second tower, room odor was not good. The toilet flush got stuck so the water was flowing all the time. Parking is quite hard during the weekend but the free valet service was very helpful.

Good facilities for family. Your kids might wanna go up to see animals or the playground.

In Family room, hvac is slightly noisy, create a little disturbance for a person who has a sensitive hearing.

Location and facilities ok. Breakfast menu is really amazing, alot of variety of food.

The bed was quite comfy but looks rather old. The bathroom mirror on room 315 was stained with something like red paint, which was kinda scary to look at. I got a damp towel upon my arrival and it gave unpleasant smell to the whole bathroom.

Location was good. This hotel had so many kids activity facilities.

The room is getting old.and not so clean Proper cleaning before handing over the room . I came early before checking time and took so many hours and no response from the front staff....even though the room is ready..I have to ask many times..

I forgot a small pillow which normally used for my baby in room 538, but the receptionis said I need to wait so they will check it. We have waited more than half an hour but still no respond and they asked us to wait again. We have informed them that we are in a hurry, but they said we still need to wait. So we decide to leave the Hotel with a dissapointment feelings to this hotel.
