The bathrooms are a bit dated and need an upgrade

The location is fantastic - right across the sea and close to all the sights - the rooms are spacious and the breakfast spread is quite good.

Our room was 229 and not in the best spot unfortunately... we looked across at a building with an alley way in between and lots of windows so did not use the balcony

I appreciate the works of the cleaning staffs / housekeeping and maintenance workers who have made the rooms clean and tidy, and keep the garden beautiful. Everyone smiles and do their job with their heart - this is Bali.

Couldn't get channels up on TV and couldn't connect to to wifi Problems with washer dryer, swalled two tokens then ended up doing hand wash in the bath

our room was close to the main road which was very crowded during the night. So it was super noisy every night as we were hearing all the music... you can imagine with a kid... very difficult to make her sleep... but this is the whole atmosphere in kuta ;) maybe the resort should replace the windows with double glaze windows

Coffee machines at breakfast. Had to line up and wait to get a terrible coffee. I miss the coffee from the pot and the service of staff coming to the table to pour your coffee or tea. At least have a self service coffee pot as an option for people who don't want machine coffee. Instant coffee would be better than the machine coffee.

The staff were great. I love the room size and bathroom size. An option for a room with a walk in shower would be good for people who find it hard to get into a bath. The location was great too. I like Italian food but my husband doesn't so a selection of Indonesian food for lunch or dinner on the menu would be good. I would love to see crepes on the dessert menu and soto ayam on the soup menu.

I think there is some room for improvement on the buffet breakfast & the upgrading of the rooms. Rooms: Rooms need additional plugs and better layout. We had to move around some things in the room to make it more practical & convenient. Minor changes by resort will make a big difference. The bathroom also needs some TLC. Especially the bath/shower facility. For me personally, I don't enjoy showering in a bath and despise a shower curtain. Buffet Breakfast: The resort provides a good variety of foods for breakfast each morning which was lovely however certain things like juice, water, milk (for cereal), freshly cut fruit etc does not stay cold throughout breakfast period.

The resort is very centrally located and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and beaches. We had the most beautiful pathway (greenery) leading us to our room. Rooms are well air-conditioned and had a coffee machine. The bed & pillows were extremely comfortable. All staff were super friendly and helpful. I must applaud the resort for their staff's speed of execution/response to client needs. Exceptional service delivery. We really enjoyed our stay at Kuta Seaview.

There are no things I really didn't like. Just suggestion to breakfasts can be more various.

Location was good accordingly we stay to go to the beach and surf. The Kuta beach just accross the road.

They gave us a room that we couldn't open even the curtains because it faced a house with religious people and in order to respect them we had to not put anything on their sight (e.g. clothes). We were always with the lights on and the curtains closed. Restaurant was expensive and the menu had with very tiny letters that we didn't noticed that the tax and service were not included. As you might have understood we ate just once.

The staff were all friendly, helpful and caring, esp with my elderly mother. Staff checked in to see if all was good, organised transport etc. The buffet breakfast was fabulous, huge range of options The spa was great. Had a very good massage and facial.

It's a great location if you really like Kuta, close to the beach, shopping mall, and the busiest areas. We took the hotel for last nights before the flight, as it's around 20 minutes from the airport.

The only thing we could fault was the onsite restaurant vouchers we'd received on check-in not being accepted for payment. After being told, we could only order from a certain cocktail list at certain times, & doing so. On handing over the 2 complimentary Sunset cocktails card we'd received on check-in (and it was at sunset), they then refused us using it and handed us another cocktail list to order from with much the same style cocktails, one was even on the list!? This detail is not noted anywhere or on the card itself. Do be aware as this is not a cheap place to drink or dine & we were later told, is under different management.

The location of this resort is fantastic! Not only were we right across from the beach, but also, right in the heart of some of Kuta's best shopping spots. Vehicle access for tour & transfer vehicles was quite easy. There is a Mini Mart & Flapjaks to the right of the driveway for perfect convenience. The pool was simply stunning & right beside the restaurant's bar for pool service. It was quite large with a children's paddle pool safely located at one end. The staff were amazing! Not only extremely friendly but so accommodating for any request @ a moments notice, be it toilet paper, fresh towels, etc. While there is a laundry for self-service, I found it cheap & easy to drop it to one of the many laundry services nearby for wash, dry, iron & folding @ only $15000IDR a kilo (AU$1.50). The bellman was great fun to have laugh with & hugely helpful for advice & information on our surroundings. Being our 3rd Bali holiday, this was by far our most favourite accommodation to date.
