A bit run down in places and right on the main road so quite noisy. The pool was also very small with very few sunbeds and the gym equipment was minimal! We also had cockroaches in our room but they were dealt with quickly.

Chairs on the balcony for all rooms would have been helpful - only the rooms on the top floor seemed to have chairs / table. Towels were very discoloured or even with holes and should be replaced.

Not the best location for us as a couple & the bathroom needed updating and the bathroom could have done with more cleaning. Also had some mould on the bottom of the bedroom curtains.

Lovely staff, so friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the live music in the restaurant whilst we had dinner. Massage at the spa was lovely.

Bathroom/sink/water had a bad smell. Room with private plunge pool - does have roof for privacy, but it does make to pool water cold, didn't stay in pool long as walk was cold. Pool needed to be cleaned alot of things floating in water. Breakfast continental small selection, compared to other hotels.

Very slippy floor in the bathroom,after shower water was everywhere even in the hall so very slippy - for me it was very dangerous to walk in the room.

Only down points (and it is to be picky) is the aircon in the gym was just not working at all. So if you are planning on working out get ready to struggle and be drenched in sweat in no time. Shame it wasn't as good as the room ones!

Great hotel, super comfy bed, very nice pool which gets the sun all day. Room was spacious, air-conditioning worked very well. Breakfast buffet was nice and had a few dishes changing daily. Staff were super lovely!

Bathroom is relatively dated. No umbrella to borrow from the hotel, a bit surprised this is a 4 star hotel on booking.com?

Nice lovely guy sells fresh coconut drink (stall outside, next to hotel), enjoyed lots of fresh coconut drink in this sizzling hot weather. Some minutes taxi to the airport. Many restaurants/ warung near the hotel. Lovely, smiling staff.

The hotel is on a busy road though the road noise didn’t reach my room. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest (shower especially) and didn’t come with hand soap.

Stayed here one night on way to the airport. In general it’s a good stay with kind happy staff. The bed is big and comfortable and the hotel is quite pretty with all the plants. The wifi is good.

Shower head seems unable to switch to rain mode, glass pane of shower is translucent, good for couple but there should be an option to black out the pane for those who prefer more privacy. Breakfast selection is decent but quality is not great. Outside hotel is a busy road without pedestrian walk way, not conducive for walking.

Clean room, comfortable bed and pillow, good functioning toilet. Like the lemongrass flavored gel, tv is clear. Low cost. Near airport.

We only stayed one night at the hotel to be close to the airport but the staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was buffet style with a large choice. Unable to comment on the surrounding area as did not go out and about.

Bed sheets and towels had little stains on them, could definitely tell the towels were old. Tried to organise airport pick up but got no response from the hotel.

The only thing we didn't like is their company policy where they don't provide plates/cutlery in the room for their guest to eat from outside.

I think becos there were plants all around there were some insects in the room but harmless. If tht also could be taken care then it would be great.

The food at the hotel isn't great. We ate there three times and every time it was extremely disappointing.

The room was spacious and clean The overall facilities are great, it is walking distance to Kuta beach and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. There is a tourist information in the lobby which helped us organise trips and airport transfers. They have a spa service but we there which we used once, it was slightly expensive though

The room with private pool was nice but it was very dark and no sunlight, so no relaxing in the sun by pool like the pictures on the app 😕 next door there was a small dog that barked all the time honestly wanted to throttle it 🤪 (that’s not the hotels fault at all but it didn’t help the experience)

The staff were excellent, always happy and attentive. The convinence of the shop next door, in house restaurant ( delicious food) and in house massage/spa 🤗

- No chairs on the balcony. - There was no couch to lay down after hectic day. - Gaps on the balcony doors = bugs fly into the rooms esp during rainy season. - The pillows are too hard for me, need to buy my own on the next day.

Nothing it was wonderful

Lovely stay. The customer service from all staff was outstanding. The rooms are homey yet chic and nice and clean. We got the hotel airport driver and he was so wonderful that we used him for any trips when we needed a ride.
