In Indonesia, trains are blasting their horns when departing/arriving. This woke us up many times during the night, despite using earplugs, as the station is right nextdoor.

Modern hotel all the amenities expected from four/five star accommodation aimed at international guests. Bathroom was spacious with great water pressure in the shower. Breakfast buffet was yummy and it was a shame I was in a hurry to leave as I would've enjoyed to stay longer on the terrace overlooking Yogya's busy streets below. The staff were friendly and courteous, and very kindly helped me with leaving my rental motorbike stored in the garage to be collected by the rental company. I would gladly stay again!

Only the swimming pool is quite small, but I'm not looking to swim anyway. Parking space might be challenging for people that use car, but the overall experience is still good.

The hotel is strategically located in Malioboro area, right in front of main train station. Some reviews said that the train sound is disturbing, but we did not hear anything and can sleep like a baby. The hotel interior looks new and modern, so as the room, quite large and modern. There are lots of food stalls and shops nearby, and we can do quick strolls to Malioboro street. Breakfast selection is quite good, ranging from traditional to international cuisines.

Location: If you are arriving in the city by train, this hotel location is just opposite the train station. Nearby all the local attractions & eateries within walking distance. Staff: Super friendly staff.

Can’t think of any. If I have to squeeze one out, it will be the mung bean dessert soup which is cold instead of hot because it wasn’t covered

Could improve on communicating when the laundry would be delivered to our rooms as we often had to call at least twice to find out if our laundry was ready.

Close to Malioboro Street and rooms were clean and well-kept. Service was tops. Although the hotel does not serve buffet for lunch or dinner, they accommodated for a get-together dinner gathering for my family of 20 by opening up the alfresco area on level 9 and preparing our orders in advance to ensure we had a wonderful time.

Everything was great, from the friendly and welcoming staff to the clean and comfy room. The breakfast was great as well. Extra points for the location as it was very convenient being close to the train station, the shopping district and good local food all around.
