Our stay was fantastic, conveniently situated a 5-10 minute walk away from all the main restaurants in Ubud and literally opposite a supermarket. The staff were super lovely people and incredibly helpful, the rooms were cleaned every day without fail, the pool was refreshing, the breakfast was absolutely delicious (especially the Nasi Goreng and the Banana pancake) and on our final day, the gave us a complimentary floating breakfast in the pool aswell as a small gift of a handmade dragon to take home with us! All in all a very luxurious stay at a very budget to mid-range price, would be sure to stay here again.

Thoughtful, prompt staff; clean, bright room; gorgeous pool and outdoor area; delicious breakfast included; 20 minute walk to downtown Ubud with several restaurants a 3-5 minute walk away. We felt welcomed and cared for by the folks at Tiny’s House and couldn’t recommend it more!

Very clean, great and clean pool. The room was cleaned every day and we got water every day. Very good breakfast. The AC worked properly and the property faces the inside yard and is further away from the street, so it was also quiet. Very nice and friendly staff

Nothing major really. Had an odd smell in the room/bathroom for first day or two but it seemed to resolve itself when we put an air freshener out. Could have been something from outside even. Bed was a little bit hard but that is more a personal preference.

Location was great, on a main road so lots of shops and cafes in walking distance and then a 10-15 ish (?) min walk or very short scooter ride to the main hub. Staff were incredible! So friendly and welcoming, always smiling and going out of their way to say good morning etc. Bedroom was nice and clean- simple but homey and comfortable. Breakfast was nice, limited options but tasty, good portions and good price. Upstairs room also had nice view of surrounding area. Great pool, super clean and refreshing. Overall felt like a lovely home away from home- but with a lush tropical garden!

Our stay at Tiny's House was nothing short of magical! With just six rooms, it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The views from the top rooms were stunning, and the shared dining area added to the charm. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience truly unforgettable. We loved it so much that we even extended our stay! There was a supermarket and ATM just across the street and was a 10 minute walk into town. We easily hired a scooter from them at a reasonable price.

There is nothing not to like

Lovely stay at this gorgeous place! Warm welcome and friendliness throughout. Spotless. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the pool. Massage in my room. An oasis close to the bustling centre of Ubud. I enjoyed everything!

Beds were quite firm but this is personal preference. Could do with more lounges for pool and at breakfast there were only 4 chairs so more than 2 rooms having breakfast would be difficult, but minor issues. Location is about 10-15 minute walk to centre but we were aware of this.

Lovely accommodation everything was new and worked well, pool was great escape from the heat. Rooms were quiet considering on main road and staff were helpful and pleasant. Good supermarket across the road.

If I had to say something it would be the fact that there was no much information about Ubud and what you can do

This place is amazing. New facilities, a swimming pool that feels like a private one (only 6 rooms at the moment), good breakfast and room and the best value in town. We stayed in a few places in Ubud and would definitely come back here. It is not location in Central Ubud but it is a walkable distance so not a big issue

The road to reach the city center is quite bussy, so if you move by car, this could be a bit annoying as will take you long.

Super beautiful views, very quite and just few minutes from the city center in motorbike, or 20 min walk. Has a supermarket just in the door which is really helpful. The owner is so much fun!

There are some roosters next door as is often the case in Bali so occasionally you will hear them. The location is close to Ubud central and down a side street so is a bit quieter. It is just off the main road in and out of Ubud so it can be pretty intimidating to cross the road, we just got Grab motorbikes into and out of the main area as this was easier.

Staff were very friendly. The villa is beautiful, modern and clean. We enjoyed the pool and sun loungers. Plenty of thoughtful touches. Filtered water provided so you can top up your water bottles by the reception. Great showers, good pressure and heat. Super comfy mattress and block out blinds. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend!

Nothing! Everything was great.

What a pleasant surprise!! The staff is very detail oriented and are available for all requests and assistance. The rooms are spacious, beds very comfortable, great AC, mini fridge (with a freezer and small ice tray), Netflix and a comfortable outdoor lounging space. Location is also centrally located and you can rent a scooter on site if you’d like. The staff organized our laundry for pick up and delivery. This was such a great stay and an amazing value for what it was. Thank you Tiny’s house!
