Clean room, friendly staff, large rooms. Great location. There is a cafe nearby where you can have breakfast. Close to beach, shop. Outside of high season it was quiet and pleasant to live here.

It can be a bit noisy but it wasn’t a big deal for us just to let people know.

The room was really cleaned and had everything we needed. Good wifi even though it was going off sometimes. Reception really welcoming and helpful.

Asking extra charge for Air Conditioning in Italy is not a good service - it has to be included. Apparently the hairdryer is upon request at the reception (we did not know that). The rooms are only partially separated (furniture and not the wall). Only one powder cube for the dish washer for 3 days. I recommend arranging direct access to Mary Bagno beach for all guests at special price.

The location is very good (shop, restaurants, cafes and the beach are very close). Was quite OK to find free parking at the street except for weekend. There is own parking which needs to be booked to get access.

Duvet blankets would be nicer than a sheet and an old wool blanked. The bathroom was tiny. I've never stayed in a hotel where I had to take trash out myself to the nearest recycling area.

Friendly Receptionist. The size of the 2 bedroom apartment was great for my family of 4 people. The room smelled nice. The beds were comfortable and pillows as well. The kitchen was well equipped. Washer and dryer in facility.

The temperature was extreamly low as the heet was started only when we arrived, so the first 2 nights was very cold.

Lot of mosquitos, but maybe it was because of the season (october).. There could be more dishwasher tablets or basic cooking stuff as salt, pepper, oil.. or possibility to buy small amount on reception..

I am not sure if the change of towels/bed lines was supposed to happen daily, but ours was never changed in 5 days of stay.

The facility was perfect for our needs. The location was perfect (walking distance from restaurants, cafes, groceries, etc). Parking was a breeze and our apartment had all the amenities we needed for a good stay. The staff was very helpful and always nice to us.

The property charges additional fees and surcharges on anything (yes, in addition to city tax). Prepare to pay significantly more than the price you book it for. There’s no way to know about the additional charges and/or to avoid some of them prior to reservation without free cancellation, making it impossible to compare to other properties adequately.

It has a decent location and nice view. The room is quite comfortable though not looking like one in the pictures.

cold room no heating at all penalties for any normal garbage !!! penalties for not washed dish !!! constant problems with the hot water as it is a small electric heater for the whole room !! you have no possibility to take a shower !!
