Great location , lovely property, parking garage around the corner if required, Laundry in the same street . Andrea was amazing with suggestions for dinners or things to see and do . He was a gracious host we really enjoyed our stay in Lucca .

I wish the shower gel & shampoo were in refillable containers & not throw away packs, which doesn’t really go with their recycling ethic. I would also suggest ice in the freezer. This would be really nice for drinks. Access could be a bit tricky - a couple of flights of stone staircases.

Our host was welcoming & so helpful. He brought fresh juice & croissants every morning & was happy to chat & give advice about where to visit & how to get around . There was facilities to make coffee & tea & a fridge to store drinks or food. Also a small hob. The bed was very comfortable & the shower was powerful. There is a hairdryer & large soft towels. Everything was very clean & the building was well located close to the bus station and all the shops, bars, restaurants & sites. There is also a paid covered parking garage around the corner. We enjoyed our stay.

Andrea is an excellent host. He went over and beyond to accomodate me. He was very warm and welcoming and always took time to answer my questions. The room was spacious and very clean I would definitely stay there again when I vist Lucca.

Having to leave this fantastic place

Location central to all sights, good restaurants and shopping. Breakfast fresh daily and plentiful, with good coffee. Host Andrea was more than accommodating, always happy to provide accurate info for the best things to see and good restaurants to dine at. Precise and accurate instructions given to find the place.

The only negative was the room needs a mirror!!. Only 1 in bathroom...

Modern and spacious , fresh , comfortable , very clean , fantastic beds & lovely sheets . Good location to explore Lucca. Andrea is such a nice guy with great attention to details . He was super kind & helpful. Really 5 stars experience in a fair price . Thanks for the useful surf tips & nice breakfast . We will come back if we are around for sure :)

One of the best places I ever booked. Clean, stylish room, in the very center but quiet street, very welcoming host. Super delicious croissants for breakfast and coffee during the day. If you plan to visit Lucca, I would definitely recommend this place)

The host/owner was extremely helpful and friendly. The layout of the facility was excellent with the common area for the four bedrooms is a great design concept. The daily croissant and juice was a good start to the day. overall we would rate it as exceptional.

Location is very central to the town and tourist attractions. Breakfast of fresh croissants and hot drinks is supplied in communal dining area. Andrea is a first class host, arranged restaurant booking for us and even took us to station when no taxis were available!

The location was wonderful just on a side street so no noise. The owner was amazing delivering breakfast daily and the personal touch was really nice a chat and helpful suggestions of what to see etc… Rooms and bed lovely and comfortable we would highly recommend and stay again☺️ Great common room area where you meet and mingle with fellow guests and enjoy your croissant and coffee delivered and made by owner Andreas just lovely overall stay ☺️

I think it would be better with a soap dispenser in the shower and not with single use soap gel packets.

Location was excellent and room large and spacious. The owner was very good to communicate with and gave us some good suggestions for where to eat locally.
