It's a wonderful place, very well maintained, in a quiet and beautiful location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Good restaurant for dinner, breakfast was also good.

We had some trouble with the AC in our room. The front desk employee did her best to help resolve the situation but evidently, she did not have the ressource to manage the situation. The owner was finally informed of the situation and took good care of us. The access to the ocean is impracticable and is, in fact, pretty dangerous. The rail is broken and the stairs are not safe.

The view and outdoor in general is absolutely stunning. The restaurant offers a good quality of food at every meal (breakfast, snacks and dinner). The staff was kind.

Nothing to dislike. The only improvement that could be made is perhaps the breakfast. No fish, limited choice of cheese, fruits not ripe enough, croissants with too much sugar on them…

Absolutely fantastic views. Warm welcoming staff. Nice little surprises and treats. Superb food in the restaurant - breakfast and dinner. Enjoyed walking along the cliff and cycling to nearby cyclotourist roads.

Breakfast staff were slightly manic. Rushing around even with just a few tables. Things were forgotten and had to wait a while to be served. Swimming isn't really possible at the private beach, there are steps into the sea but straight onto rocks. The sea wasn't calm enough to safely enter the water

The location of the hotel is lovely and the room was really comfortable. The food at in the restaurant was really fresh and tasty with a nice added touch of local delicacies and in season fresh fruit available at breakfast. I had the best tuna steak I've ever eaten. Staff were helpful with recommendations and reservations

The only comment we can make is that the rooms are not sound proof. You can easily hear noise coming from the main corridor or the room next door.

The view is amazing. The property is really stunning everything is fine with exceptional attention to details. We enjoyed the swimming pool a lot, and the staff is always very attentive. Really a jewel. We had a room with sea view and it was great. Lovely terrace to chill just in front of the sea!

There was an incident with the electricity right next to our room which is why we had to move to another room, which smelled not well. We did not sleep well there this night and they did deliberately offered a compensation, only after we asked for it. It was nevertheless a nice gesture and you noticed that they hoped to solve the problem asap.

This hotel is pretty in the public areas and the pool area. Unfortunately the rooms reminded me of student accommodation at best with very poor furniture and very basic and very small. the pool was not heated so we could not use it Breakfast and dinner was very good- the staff were very nice. However the wasps at breakfast, literally all over the buffet and on our food made a very unpleasant experience The downside is we paid over 300 euros per night !! We travelled all round Puglia to much more luxurious hotels at a much lower cost. The value for money and the awful rooms meant we left a day early

The room was not what we expected, given the price we paid. The water in the shower wasn’t running away properly, resulting on water on the entire bathroom floor. One of the mirror lights in the bathroom was broken and kept falling down, which might cause a dangerous situation. You pay for the location and the wonderful pool.

The location and the pool (and surrounding garden areas) are amazing. Breakfast was wonderful as well. Reception arranged diner reservations for us, at Meraki restaurant. We highly recommend this restaurant (be prepared for a lot of food)!

everything. small details in design, service (e.g., the water and small snacks as treats at the pool), … very understanding staff making sure any inconveniences would be solved at greatest speed and pleasure
