The people in my room woke up really early and were noisy, but that's not the hotel's fault

The location was great and the place was really beautiful with lovely decoration. Really liked that there was a bathroom just for the room.

Unfortunately the bathrooms were not equipped with soap or paper towels. Both would be appreciated especially when sharing a room with others.

The location is fantastic -- a 5 minute walk from the train station, and a 10 minute walk to the Duomo. The hostel itself is beautiful and appears to be recently renovated. The outside seating in the garden and terrace was really lovely. Would definitely return!

Very spacious rooms, hostel had a unique feel due to all the decorations, paintings and statues. Free coffee/tea and a large outdoor courtyard and common area!

No concerns. This is a very well maintained and organized hostel.

Our room (# 18) opened onto a small, almost private, terrace. Many plants line the terrace making it a perfect spot to enjoy the cool of the morning and listen to the birds chirping. The lift was greatly appreciated.

Actually everything was great, but if the bed were more comfortable (especially for the upper bed), it would be totally perfect. However i could also sleep well anyway.

The location is only 5 minute walking distance from Train Station, and many Cafes and restaurant around that opened till midnight, but very quite in the bedroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The locker was big, i think the biggest ive had in a hostel. The bathroom was also really big, and inside the bedroom.

Everything was perfect, maybe the room a little bit small for 3 bunker beds. But other than that, it was all good. Maybe check out was a little bit early, 10 am.

I have really loved the hostel. The location is great, like 5 min from SMN train station. The room was nice, every bed has plugs and they give you one locker into the room with a hairdryer. The was has a nice view of the garden. The facility has an elevator and access to he garden which is very nice. The staff was very friendly and speaks spanish. It has a storage room as well. It is located on one of the main streets to get to the all importants points.

It wasn't the cleanest and check out hour it's a bit early. Also the bathroom it's good but there's two showers which can get a little uncomfortable.

The place its very pretty and the staff was great and the fact you can leave your bag there it's really good. Bed was very comfortable and other people in the room nice and respectful. Also the free coffee is a huge plus

The hairdryer stops working when it’s overheat you have to let it rest around 5 mins then continue blow drying your hair

My bed was not at all comfortable.I felt like I was sleeping in a hamac,in a hole. Too bad.Also, you cannot stand up straight in the bed without hitting your back or head. Too bad.I would have stayed here again if the beds were more comfortable

Location was great,close to Mercato Centrale ,train station, close to T2 airport tram. Rooms are big, Staff was friendly and helpful. Air conditioning available in the 6 bedroom dorm (it gets really hot without it). Nice to have free drinks at the breakfast area (coffee with milk,tea,water to refil your bottle, juice) whenever I wanted to go there. Great interior terrace and garden with charming fountain.Clean bedsheets.

Location, just few minutes walk from train and tram station but still quiet and safe. Clean, comfortable, luggage storage room, friendly staffs The backyard is a real treasure ! Very relaxing! A real treasure in a busy city like Florence.

We booked a private room with attached private bathroom for three women. The staff was very friendly. The room was spotless and had everything we needed for our one night stay. We were able to store our luggage in a secure area both before and after our stay. I wish we had been able to stay longer and spend time in the outdoor areas. The location is great, so close to the train station. I would stay here again and recommend it anyone looking for a friendly place to stay.

The wi-fi was a little bit slow in the room, but ok for short stay. Some more power sockets would be good, only 1 per person in the room is not enough for most people these days.

The reception staff were super friendly. They let you store your luggage for free before and after your stay which is super helpful. Room including bath rooms were up to a good standard.

I just was there for two nights but none of these nights there was an option to cook at the hostel so, besides the free drinks, it is difficult to breakfast at the hostel

The decoration, the location near Santa Maria novella station, the staff are really kind. In fact, I have some issues with the first night arriving for the check in and the staff assist me really quick and totally understand the situation, allowing me to complete the check in the next day without losing my booking. There were free hot drinks and juice at the breakfast area.

The location is perfect because you have really easy access to the train station and landmarks. you can walk to the main attractions easily from the hostel. they also offered free coffee and the yard was beautiful too.
