The working desk was too small and the chair was not very comfortable. For those of us who are on a work / holiday or have to use a laptop to respond to emails this is not very ideal. The Toilet Rain Shower water pressure was absolutely fabulous but the bathing area seem to be flooding very quickly. There needs to be a proper insulated division between the Living Area and the Master Bedroom. The lift could only hold 2 people at a time which was quite ridiculous when many people were trying to get to their Room Levels.

The location for this hotel is absolutely excellent ! It is within walking distance of many of the attractions as well as tourists hop on and hop off bus pickup and drop-off points. It was a stone's throw away from a long stretch of road which housed a lot of the luxury outlets and brand names. The breakfast was absolutely brilliant with a lot of selections and the restaurant manager and waiters were very helpful and always asking if we need anything. The food was of very high quality and the spread was adequate. I really like the fact that there was a sofa bed in the "living area" which meant that I could lie down and watch television if I needed to. However, the fact that there was not much sound insulation in terms of proper walls between this area and a master bedroom was disadvantages as it would mean I will need to turn down the volume significantly in order not to disturb my partner. For the duration of our stay there was nothing to dislike

Ideally situated for all of Palermo’s major attractions to be within easy walking distance. The hotel is clean and modern serving a very comprehensive breakfast. All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and efficient. Would recommend this hotel to anyone having a short city break.

A lady at reception was very dismissive when it came to directions. She sent us on a wild goose chase a couple of times. I think she could learn to be a bit more patient. Breakfast was ok.

Large comfortable room at the front. Great view. Slightly noisy but the double glazed windows worked well and reduced the noise significantly. Fantastic position. Close to all the historical and tourist sights.

The bed for the double booking was very narrow for the two of us. Because of this, the sleep was not restful.

The location of the hotel is very good. Restaurants and all kinds of shopping options are within a 10-15 minute walk. The receptionists were always kind and helpful. The breakfast was brilliant. Local flavors could also be tasted. There were always fresh vegetables, cold cuts, and baked goods. And there were plenty of sweets too.

My booking somehow changed from 2 to 1 guest & the room I expected was not available & I had to pay extra for my husband to stay. I didn't check pre arrival as assumed it was for 2 guests like all my other bookings thus far. Room was sufficient.

The location was terrific. The airport shuttle bus is located directly infront of the hotel. Also bus routes are infront of the hotel. It is easy to walk anywhere. A great gelato store is nearby. The breakfast was great. The staff was terrific. Ask for a room not facing the street.
